Best Water Heater in Philadelphia PA

I highly recommend Larry Lauterborn and his team! We have an old house that was built in 1925. We put the house on the market. Our first buyer walked because of existing knob and tube. We have a second buyer who wanted the knob and tube replaced. I googled knob and tube replacement and read lots of horror stories about electricians having to tear down walls and ceilings and even floors. Needless to say, it kept me up at night because our beautiful home has lots of original details that are very rare. We had two electricians come to the house only to have them say that the job was too complicated. Because we were under contract, Larry was very responsive and scheduled the work for us despite the fact that he was very busy. We have an original tin ceiling in one of the bedrooms that has been very attractive to buyers. Larry assured us that he would save our tin ceiling. Minimal damage was done to the walls and all of the holes were patched. Larry even addressed issues that the inspector did not catch. Don’t mess around with electrical work. Hire the best! Larry is one of the best with years of experience in replacing knob and tube. And he is really funny! Our house just sold!!!!

We recently got recessed lighting installed in a couple rooms of a newly purchased home. GEN3 was consistently easy to work with. The three separate customer service representatives we talked to during the process (Janay, Tiffany, and Stephen) were pleasant and helpful and made sure that everything was moving forward at the right pace.Josh Trisdorfer was the one who came out and gave us our estimates. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and gave recommendations, but made sure to leave us with multiple options so that we could decide what was right for what we wanted.The two electricians who actually did the installation were Stephen Deans and Mark Mooney. They worked quickly and checked in whenever a quirk of the house required an alteration or deviation. Much like the first visit for the estimates, they were happy to answer our questions about the install and the process, and were easy to work with. Everything was done in a single day.And the new lights look great! Two rooms with four recessed lights each (in the corners -- plus a single light in a walk in closet) and a dimmer switch per room really make the lighting in those two rooms stand out!

Josh is very nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable and is prepared to solve any problems that you may have.

Have used Raya on a couple occasions. They were professional, nice and cleaned up well after every job. Have recommended them to friends who were also satisfied. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.
