Best Repair Water Heaters in Philadelphia PA

Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

Don't know. They never called me back or responded to the their website inquiry d or an appointment.

Bill and his team are very responsive! I call and they make every effort to get there asap. My first time working with bill was a small renovation on the third floor. He ran new pipes for 4 radiators, a tub and a sink. He’s on time and his prices are fair. I’ll keep working with him.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed because the hose of my previous one started leaking badly. Tony came the same day I called him (Sunday). He was careful and meticulous with his work, put my worries at ease, and was very patient answering my questions and concerns. He's a straight-shooter; I thought I might need new shut-off water valves placed, and he told me that they were fine as is (saving me a good chunk of $!). I highly recommend Tony, and will certainly be calling him for my future plumbing needs!

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

Alan was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Alan assessed the problem, gave an estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. He gave me two estimates in the event another task needed to be done. I appreciated the additional estimate rather than get an additional up charge while he was fixing the clog, the leaking faucet, and the old pipe.

I give him a Zero Star...he dont deserve it... Nasty Nasty Attitude...I will never ever use your guys again.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

Choose them because of the reviews. Instead of the the next day as scheduled, they came out the same night. Fixed two leaksI didn't have to go one night without heat. Fair price.Big shout out to Joe D. Fine young man. Went right to work and was pleasant to talk to.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

First issue they gave a 6hr window, i said it was ok but I need a phone call 15 minutes before. The receptionist said ok (she was very pleasant and professional). The plumber calls and says he is pulling up. It took me 10min to get there and he had a nasty attitude about it bickered about waiting when I said you didnt call ahead like i requested. Then tells me its $295 to snake my drain per drain and tells me i have atleast 15 drains then tells me the one drain he charges $395 to take of the toilet plus $295 to snake it. I say you are you are going to charge $395 to unscrew 2 bolts , thats robbery. He says well you can take it off yourself and you made me wait 10minutes and leaves. Not only was he RUDE but tried to OVERCHARGED because he didnt think I knew how much it should cost. I called 2 different companies charge less than half to clean the drain and Ive had plumber replaced a toilet for parts and labor for under $300 and he was trying $395 just to move it out the way to snake it. Worst experience ever. They will rip you off you don't know about plumbing.

Cant recommend them highly enough. I had a sewer flood on Thanksgiving. I was referred to someone else first and scheduled him to come the next day, but he never showed up. I called every plumber I could find, but not one of them could give me a straight assessment of the problem, or an appx quote. Some didn't want to come to me because parking is tough. When I finally called Drains R Us, Tuan answered and quickly knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He was able to come out the same day. When there were signs of an ongoing issue, I called him at like 7am, and not only did he answer, he went out of his way to make sure Id be taken care of that same day. He is highly competent, extremely responsive and really wants to make his clients happy. Pick this guy.

If your looking for a pumber, look no further . Andrew has been upfront and honest, has reasonable pricing , does quality work, has exellent communication with his clients and is on time and punuial.

Avoid. Way over priced and dangerous. The only work that didn't have to get cut out and done over was done by his apprentices.

Water heater went so I called Splash. I ended up texting them photos and they gave me a good price moments later. They came out stuck to the price and installed a quality product. Thanks so much!
