Best Heating Cooling in Philadelphia PA

I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

Cannot recommend Boss Plumbing enough. Took my call after hours on a Thursday night and helped diagnose the issue on the phone without a request for money or anything. Highly suggest Boss Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!

Recently I had a terrible Clog, Thompson plumbing took 20 minutes to walk me through what the problem was and how I could fix it. This was incredibly nice and thoughtful of Him and I was blown away by his kindness to take the time and share! Highly recommended! A plumber you know is looking to help you!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). First issue they gave a 6hr window, i said it was ok but I need a phone call 15 minutes before. The receptionist said ok (she was very pleasant and professional). The plumber calls and says he is pulling up. It took me 10min to get there and he had a nasty attitude about it bickered about waiting when I said you didnt call ahead like i requested. Then tells me its $295 to snake my drain per drain and tells me i have atleast 15 drains then tells me the one drain he charges $395 to take of the toilet plus $295 to snake it. I say you are you are going to charge $395 to unscrew 2 bolts , thats robbery. He says well you can take it off yourself and you made me wait 10minutes and leaves. Not only was he RUDE but tried to OVERCHARGED because he didnt think I knew how much it should cost. I called 2 different companies charge less than half to clean the drain and Ive had plumber replaced a toilet for parts and labor for under $300 and he was trying $395 just to move it out the way to snake it. Worst experience ever. They will rip you off you don't know about plumbing.

The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
