Erwin and the guys (Sam, Sigi, Eddie, Orgest) are awesome. Professional, communicative, patient with all our multiple questions. They did great work. We had a flickering lights issue, so they replaced the primary wire that links the power supplier's cable to the house, they also installed various power outlets. Everything is functioning flawlessly. The team was hard working and polite, and upon completion of the job they cleaned the work area. The installation works like a charm. We totally recommend their services.

These men did an amazing job. They were very professional and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. We first used Linc Electric for one home when the electric blew out in one section of the home. Linc Electric did such an amazing job, my husband and I decided to use them to rewire an entire rental property. John the owner was amazing to deal with. His team is licensed and insured and go through the proper steps to pull all licenses needed. You will pass inspection because this team do things right. They even came back to our other house no charge because we had a problem with our smoke detector. We met a few other contractors upon their recommendation too. They worked out well for us as well. If you need electric work, use Linc Electric, it’s perfection.

I had my house updated from knob and tube wiring. I received several estimates for the job and chose Alba Electric to do the job. The price they gave for the job was very reasonable and much better than the other estimates I got. Ilir arrived with his men and performed the job in the time they estimated. They did an excellent job with little mess . It was obvious they had a lot of experience in doing this work. Their men were very courteous and worked as neatly as possible. I would recommend them for all my electrical work. I am very satisfied.

Gen 3 is a great company. Very professional. Very reliable. When my wife and I first bought our house in NW Philly in 2014 (built in 1870s), they did a core rewire for us, replacing all of the old knob and tube. Since then, we've used them many times for other projects. We've been very happy with the work and the customer service. Top notch company.

We asked Gen 3 to diagnose a problem we had with the electric to our refrigerator. Jordan worked quickly to identify the root cause, clearly explained the why and what the fix would entail. He designed a plan for how to fix it with the least headache to me as the homeowner. We will schedule the work soon and I am confident the work will be done right.

I don't have enough kind and amazing words to say about Express power. John and Eric were by far the best contractors I have ever had in my home. Firstly, John came right out to my house to give me a formal estimate of a complete house re-wire to replace old knob and tube and to upgrade to 200 amp service. The price was by far better than the 3 other quotes I received. They were able to change scheduling when I had issues with the closing on my house which was so helpful and accommodating. The work was done in an incredibly clean manner and they explained everything as the work progressed. They left the home completely clean from all material and trash. John and Eric were very respectful, kind, and generous even helping us with extra patch work in drywall. Reggie and his team has done a number of jobs for both me and my parents in our homes. He is always on-time, professional and his quality of work I would rate as exceptional, without reservation. In addition to installing wiring and outlets in my home his most recent work was moving our fuse box to a new wall to bring my house up to code. The work was fantastic!We just got solar panels installed on our roof and the company had to connect the panels power source to our fuse box that Reggie installed. When the Abington Township Inspector came out to review the work he marveled at how well the fuse box was installed and informed me that whoever did the work set me up well, not only for the solar panels but for any future electrical work I may have in the future. Jay has been my electrician for my business and home for over ten years. The thing that makes me call him first is that he always responds and always makes sure that the job gets done right. That may sound like BS but on my last job I needed to pre pay him for his work because of franchise regulations. His job was done right away but he could not finish due to needing my counter guy having to finish first. Again, Jay was already paid for the entire job. Jay was calling me to schedule finishing his work, not me calling him to come back. Not sure I need to say much more....
