Really happy I found Philadelphia Plumbing Services. After the combined sewer backed up into my basement during a heavy rain for the second time in a month, I reached out to see if they could come up with a solution for me. They were easy to schedule and showed up when they said they would. Julio assessed my current setup & explained his solution, potential issues he might encounter, the amount of time it was likely to take, and estimated the final cost. After that, he and his partner got straight to work. It took about 4 hours for them to excavate the section of my old drain pipe & replace it along with a new access port that contained a backwater valve to prevent wastewater from rushing into my house during heavy rains. While they were at it, they also replaced my sink connection & gave me a new laundry connection (which I hadn’t requested but 100% needed.) Midway through the job, Julio called me down to provide me with info that he correctly thought I’d want to know. When the job was complete, all the debris was removed & the site was left in a really clean condition. Across the board, my experience with Philadelphia Plumbing Services was positive. I feel confident the job was done well, it was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to my daily life, and was completed at a transparent & reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend & will be a return customer.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Our old water heater sprung a leak and we were without hot water. After calling nearly a dozen plumbers, who either couldn't come out for at least a week, or quoted us some outrageous amount, Julio and Eddie came to the rescue! They squeezed us in within an hour or so of calling and finished the job in under 2 hours! They were friendly, professional, and very, VERY reasonably priced! We'll be returning customers as long as we live in Philly.

It now says that Philadelphia Plumbing Services (PPS) is temporarily closed (8/25/2021) and maybe my issues are connected with this closure. However, my experience with this company was terrible. They didn't show for the appointment (w/o giving any explanation) and didn't return calls.I made an appointment to install hook-ups for a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. A week before the appointment, my wife called to ask some minor questions. Scheduler Graham took down the questions, but neither called back nor had answers for my wife when she called back several days later.On the day of the appointment (our questions still hadn't been answered), no one had came during the arrival window PPS had given us. I therefore called for an ETA. Graham told me he that he would try to reach the plumber. When I hadn't heard back after 20 minutes, I called again and was told that the plumber was MIA and that it wasn't clear when he would arrive. The plumber never showed and I never heard back from anyone at PPS, not even the next day. Very, very strange experience. Wouldn't recommend.

We hired Philadelphia Plumbing Services LLC to put up a gas line for our dryer and install the ice/water line for our refrigerator. The service was excellent. They were very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. The price was very affordable and the job was done super fast. The end result was very impressive. We are completely satisfied and recommend this company to anyone who wants the best service at a reasonable price as well as working with highly skilled professionals.

Meanwhile, the boss, and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and with cleanliness after completing the job. Mary, was also a true blessing with pricing. I am so pleased with their work. We had a dishwasher that was installed incorrectly by the previous owners and wouldn't drain. We called Philadelphia Plumbing and they set up an appointment with us quickly, two plumbers came out (I wish I could remember their names!) who were both extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They both also wore masks the entire time they were in our home without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. The dishwasher issue turned out to be even worse than we originally thought, but instead of saying they would need to come back to fix the worse problem they stayed and figured out the most efficient way to re-route a hose and correct the whole appliance hookup as well as fix the clogged sink to prevent further drainage issues. They made sure everything was in working order before they left, and they cleaned everything up really well so you couldn't even tell they had drilled holes or moved anything around! We highly recommend them!

Excellent service throughout the process. Easy to setup an appointment for an estimate and great communication from the office and the plumbers. We had a utility sink to install in the basement and are very happy with the result after getting a little sticker shock from a few other quotes. From paying a deposit to install, the turnaround was just 1 week. Price came in lower than all other quotes and the work was just what we wanted. Will be going back for any other plumbing needs.

I would have loved the opportunity to review the service, but no work was ever performed. I called on 8/10 and was able to get an appointment for 8/23, with a window of 9a-11a. When no one called or showed up by 11:07a, I called the office to confirm that I was on the schedule for that day. Graham assured me that I was, and that he would try to get an ETA of the plumber (Julio). When I didn't hear back from him for another hour, I called again, and Graham simply said that he never heard back from Julio. No apology offered. I've now waited two weeks and wasted a day off from work for a job that never got done.

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Someone got back to me within 5 minutes of my call. From the initial call to completed installation took about 2 hours. Mike and Ed were courteous, worked clean and came fully prepared with a replacement faucet. These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

We used Philadelphia Plumbing Services to redo all of the plumbing and gas lines in our house. They did an amazing job removing the old pipes and cast drain and replacing everything with excellent copper work. Julio was professional and always available and took great pride in everything he did. I would recommend Philadelphia Plumbing Services to anyone and I’m happy to have them as my plumber for life.

Julio and his crew were as professional as they come. Rarely do you feel as though plumbing services are giving you 100% genuine effort, and that’s what I felt here. From the price to the effort these guys were the best. I won’t ever call anyOne else again. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing services needed. A+ service!!

I called Philadelphia Plumbing and Mary was very polite and gave me a quick appointment. Ed and Rob arrived, were extremely professional, solved our leak in our bathroom and also took a look at a few other questions we had. HIGHLY recommend and will use again should I need plumbing services. EXCELLENT.

I've dealt with plumbers before who talked a mean game but couldn't let their work show for it. (I wasted alot of money)....Julio was THE best plumber I had do work in my home. He is reliable, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable about the work he does. Not only did he fix my radiators and pipes, he gained a customer for a life time. That's what I call great customer service.

This review is based on what I was told over the phone verses what is listed on their website regarding their service areas. This is not a review regarding their plumbing services.I requested an exterior drain cleaning for an obstructed yard drain. I was told they don't service my philadelphia zip code. Their website states: Philadelphia Plumbing Services, LLC is a Residential & Commercial Plumbing Company located in Philadelphia, PA. We service the plumbing needs for all of Philadelphia and surrounding areas.Apparently they do not service all of Philadelphia.They may want to update their website to reflect this policy.

I work as a property manager in Center city and we use Philadlephia Plumbing Services whenever one of our properties has a plumbing issue. They are reliable, professional, do great work and are very fairly priced. Whenever we have an emergency they show up and bail us out. If we schedule a visit they always make it, we have never had a no show. They do their own concrete work after a dig and include that in their price, no extra fees. They will take on small jobs and big jobs and take both with the same professionalism, which is rare. I totally recommend Philadelphia Plumbing Services to anyone who needs plumbing work. If you don’t know much about plumbing this is also the comsony to use as they are very honest and have never tried to get over or make a big job out of a small one.

Absolutely amazing !! Our spigot broke in the back of the house and I wasn’t sure we would be able to get anyone to come out . I called and next morning the team was at my house. They were very professional, quick , explained everything and fixed it up!! Highly recommend Philadelphia Plumbing Service.

Julio and his crew rescued us from a small leak that turned into a big problem--busted water line. They were prompt, courteous, and got the job done within our budget. The sidewalk was even repaired the next day. Would highly recommend.

Can't recommend Philadelphia Plumbing Services highly enough. They were professional, prompt, fair, and performed quality work. While I hope we won't need to call them again, we certainly will next time we run into a plumbing issue.

Awesome experience! After having issues with another company showing up late and rescheduling, I put in a request for a quote through Google. They came the very next day and were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. So happy we found this company since it's very hard to find people who will come and fix the issue without a lot of fuss! Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

I have called alot of plumber, I don't trust them .they couldn't finished there work or do a better job .they cherge alot money too,but this guys are wonderful. They do a fantastic of job, may God bless you .
