I had an excellent experience. Joseph sent Bob on a Sunday to inspect a leak in my radiator. I had a price on Monday and installation began on Tuesday. I was made a priority because I had no heat in the winter, which I really appreciated.The price I paid was fair and the job Bob did with the installation was exceptional. I received a new radiator installed underneath the malfunctioning radiator. Once I paint the radiator most people won't even notice there has been a repair. I am very satisfied.

I've used Joe's twice now and both times have been extremely pleased with both the service and price. The entire team at Joe's is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they've helped me understand the products installed as well as how to maintain them. I have a couple other things that need to be done by a plumber and you can be certain that I plan on using Joe's for those and any other future plumbing needs.

This company was responsive and their service call charge was reasonable. Our plumber Bob arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call, he was knowledgeable and professional. He was kind and explained everything to the 92 year old homeowner. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.

I'm really pleased with my experience using Joseph's Affordable Plumbing & Heating, and I recommend giving them a call if you need help. I was able to get next-day, weekend service for a reasonable price.For starters, I had a plumbing issue on Saturday morning, and Joseph was able to get a plumber, Bob Clarke, out to me on Sunday afternoon. I had called two other well-reviewed, local plumbers and they could not get someone out to me until Monday or Tuesday (totally reasonable). But next-day service on a Sunday? That is unexpected ...and it meant that I didn't have to take time off work.Bob did an outstanding job, friendly, and was respectful of my home.I needed my garbage disposal put back in place, or replaced if possible. I needed a new trap installed underneath it. And I also needed new shutoff valves, as the old ones would not turn. And finally, I wanted to be sure that nothing was leaking.I have an older, two-basin sink where the disposal is connected to a small basin located in the rear corner of the sink. I also happened to have a new garbage disposal on-hand, a 3/4 HP model with noise insulation around it. Replacing the stinky old disposal with the new one was challenging, as the space to maneuver was tight, and there was no way to see the connection (the old sink probably wasn't designed with one of these big, chunky noise-insulated disposals in mind). The bottom of the cabinet is in really sad shape, too, from past leaks and neglect, so the conditions were far from perfect. Bob got the job done, though, with humor and goodwill. He took care of the valves and new trap in no time, and shined up the older copper pipes too. And he checked to be sure that there were no leaks.I hope that I don't need a plumber again anytime in my life, but if I do, I will call Joseph and ask for Bob Clarke.

Could not be happier. I did not know what to expect hiring a plumber. Reviews are not always reliable. Bob did the work. The best part of the deal, Bob seemed trustworthy. He gave me honest answers, explained what was involved, and what the cost would be. I needed a kitchen sink faucet replaced and a shut off valve installed in the basement. Both jobs were completed perfectly. He was proficient and friendly. Did I mention trustworthy? How important is that! I found a plumber.

We called in the morning to see if somebody could help us install a new garbage disposal and by mid afternoon Bob Clark was at our home and a few hours later we were up and running. Prior to this we did not have a garbage disposal so Bob had to reconfigure the pipes under the sink. When done he tested it 3 times and left our home spotless. Great job Bob Clark!!

Joe is an excellent master plumber. He knows his stuff in and out. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any hvac or plumbing needs. Joe is prompt in his replies and we'll versed when it comes to accommodating maintenance scheduling. I've used Joe numerous times for a variety of installations and maintenance.

Picked up the phone right away on a Saturday afternoon. Was at my home within a few hours. Fixed 2 issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will most definitely recommend and use again! Joseph’s was great!

Late yesterday afternoon we called for a plumber. Bob Clark showed up this morning at 8:30 after calling us first. He was efficient professional and did a great job we are very happy with the work.

Joe and Greg were awesome. Real authenic down to earth guys. Joe answers his calls and fits you in, without making you wait days to hear back like the other plumbers I called. I'm happy to have hit the jackpot on finding him on my first experience with a plumber. They replaced 3 old leaking faucets that used the old school gate valves in to easy ball valves. My go to plumber for sure.

Pros: came very quickly (DAYS before other local plumbers) and were very friendly to my dogCons: left trash and tile debris all over my bathroom; did not cut bolts used to fasten toilet to flange, just sat caps on them loosely; smears/drips of blood all over toilet, floor and wall; toilet re-installed too close to one wall, not in original spotCalled owner the following day who promised to send a crew to resolve problems. Owner returned my call an hour later to say that one of the complaints was my fault, not theirs (that was true) and to say that the toilet-too-close-to-the-wall issue was unresolvable once it was installedI'm still waiting for that crew to come back as I scrub their blood from my bathroom wall.UPDATE: Notice that the owner's response to any negative review isn't Please contact us - we want to make it right, earn your business and hopefully earn a 5-star review. Instead, EVERY response throws it back on the customer, accuses them of making things up and refuses any accountability, as if the plumbers couldn't have possibly done anything that wasn't 100% perfect. I wish I noticed that beforehand.

Had a blockage in our main line going out of the house. We called and they came first thing next day, they offered fair pricing, quick and professional service and would absolutely use them again.Our plumber TJ was thorough, professional and cleaned up after he was done.

Really enjoyed this company services. I had an emergency gas leak. I was able to make an appointment right away less than 24 hours. Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. I had a great experience with Joe's services. My water heater started to leak and needed to be replaced. Joe responded right away to my late call and was at our house early the next morning. He was very accommodating, knowledgable and fair in his pricing. My husband and I liked his professionalism and ability to work quickly. This winter we had a pipe break outside by the hose bib and water was flowing everywhere. Our father is elderly and lives in the house and cannot go without water for several hours at a time. I called Joseph (I live out of town) indicating an emergency. He could not have been more responsive and efficient. What could have been a disaster was quickly averted by Joseph and his nephew. This was our first experience with this company, and they are now our main plumbers.

I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security. I DO NOT LIE!!The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another. I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part. A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what. He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement. Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed. Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.

Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.

We were without hot water for only 2 hours before we were up and running again. Really appreciate the quick and timely service with great craftsmanship and a good quality water heater to replace our old one. Would recommend to friends in the neighborhood.
