When our gas was turned off on a freezing February day due to a leak, Maurice was out within an hour to assess the situation. Our gas was safely restored by the next afternoon. We also chose to have Reliable replace our water heater while they were working at our home. The team did a wonderful job. Their work was great quality and they were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer!

Reliable installed a new water supply line for me. The setup of my house is difficult and I went through three other plumbers before I found them. They were the only ones who could handle the job in the least invasive way. They came out for an estimate right away and I was able to schedule the job within a few days. They got all necessary permits, showed up on time and were professional, and very neat inside and outside my home. They also had a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

Great customer service. Joan was great, very friendly and helped navigate setting up my appointment and ensuring it was completed. Technicians explained the problem and resolved it within a few days of my initial request. I would use them again.

My bathtub was leaking so I called to see if I can get it repaired. The plumber came out Friday and said I needed a whole new faucet as the current one was old and nothing could be fixed on it. On Monday, he came back with the new Delta unit. My prior one was rectangle in size. He came out with a circular one and put it on and the sides were open and he told me I would need to get new two new tiles, as there was a gap in the wall which also made the shower not usable until the tile was fixed. I was so upset and begged him if anything else could be done, as I honestly didn't feel like calling a Tile company and spend more money. He insisted that nothing else could be done, so I paid him $550 and I began to start searching for tile companies to see what could be done.The next morning, we called the company back and sent a picture of what it looks like. She was very nice to get someone back to my house today. The two plumbers came out and knew right away they could get the rectangle plate one which would take care of the problem. The took care of it quickly and was able to resolve the problem. This was great!My concern it what if I didn't call and went through getting a tile company and spent more money for no reason when someone just didn't want to do it right the first time.Like I said, the office is super accommodating after I complained but I am very disatisifed that this occurred.We were offered a free drain cleaning....for my aggavation of searching for tile companies, worried about this and just going crazy. Not enough to get my business back again. I will not be using this company anymore for my plumbing services.

Excellent service. They showed up within an hour after my call. The gentleman was very kind, professional, explained exactly what needed to be done until I fully understood. He treated my home with care, like he enjoys his work. I watched how he made precise neat openings so replacing the opening would be easy. I will be calling them for all future plumbing repairs.

Reliable did a great job! Would have gave them 5 stars, but they were a little expensive and had to come back to fix a small leak, but they were very professional and fixed it the same day I called them.

Keith, Steve, Brian and crew were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SAUCE! I could not have dreamt of a better team. They are truly the plumbing dream team. Replaced over 20 feet of PVC inside my basement in less than 2.5 hours. That ncluded the cement work AND a large piece of pipe behind the hot water heater which they worked around. This morning I had Reliable out to service my Heater and on the way out I showed them an issue I was having with a leak from the outside faucet. I have to say they were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in record time. The cost was great, and I rarely say that these days about any service! This company was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my family had a working kitchen sink! I worked with Bobby and his coworker, they were soo friendly to my daughter and left the kitchen spotless!

We wanted to go local with our service people - and thought this company would fit the bill.Unfortunately, they did not.They came to check a leak in our bathtub pipes, told us we needed a new part but that we could buy it ourselves at Lowe’s so they wouldn’t do it for us.We were charged a service fee for this. And did the work ourselves.We decided to give them one more try.They installed two new toilets for us ($900) - but one came with a chipped handle and while they promised to replace it, we’ve called 5 times and been promised an appointment for replacement on five different days over the past 5 weeks. (Three of those in the last week.)We still do not have a new handle.We asked that they put our nice toilet seat on the new toilet - and they did not. It is still sitting in our closet.They also did not install a new wax seal ring when they replaced the toilet so a sewage smell occurs everytime someone flushes.I wish I could say they lived up to their name, unfortunately, they have not. We will be calling a new company and dealing with the new charges.

Had a leak in our hot water heater, and they sent out two techs same day. It was a valve, but the techs recommended that I replace the whole unit because it was pretty ancient and probably wouldn't last much longer. I appreciated the honesty, price was good, and I don't feel like I was just being upsold. They knocked out installation next day with no issues. All in all I'm happy with the work.

I've been going through a plumbing problem (no hot water, Leakes, etc.) for 6 weeks. I noticed my water heater wasn't working as well and it started to leak which was a concern. I asked some of my neighbors who they recommended and Reliable was mentioned multiple times on our facebook group. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend the team at Reliable for all your plumbing and drain cleaning needs. They diagnosed some other drain issues I had at the home related to my HVAC system and came the next day to replace my 75 Gallon water heater and did a fantastic installation job! I waited from 7:30 Friday morning until 4:30 in the afternoon for them to tell me they couldn't solve my problem. I had a clogged drain but the clean out is far from the clog. I explained the problem on the phone that morning and waited all day and they couldn't help. Luckily I called a competitor who came early Saturday and had no trouble! Had to pay a weekend fee but at least they knew what they were doing. It's a shame because I've used reliable for properties I manage and they've been fine up to now.Update after reading the owner's reply. I made the phone call at 7:30 am, that is how I waited since that time. And no I did NOT need other work besides drain cleaning. I needed drain cleaning which is what the other company did for me the following day.

Have use Reliable for over 20 years at this point. Between 2 houses, they've done numerous jobs major and minor, but they never miss!! Always wonderful, professional service!

The valve to the water main in my house was leaking and they responded quickly with coming out the same day but couldn't do the work until the following. The job was completed in a timely fashion; price was fair. The things that did not get them a 5 star review: not one of the guys on the team introduced themselves by name; they tracked muddy footprints through my kitchen and I had to put down extra towels and told them to walk there; they did not replace dirt in the one spot on my front lawn, leaving a hole; only one of the plumbers was wearing a mask (the one told my daughter he had already gotten vaccinated, but you still need to wear a mask). Not happy with the customer service part of the call.

I used Reliable for a job and was so happy I called them. They sent out Mark who was not only fast, knowledgeable and a true professional.....but he really made me feel as if I was a valued customer. We used reliable for the last 8year for our business, now I have been trying get service for the last 6 weeks. and now all they do is schedule and cancel appointments at the last minutes with the excuse of other emergencies for other clients? I guess that an old client is not as good the new ones? Thanks to them, our issues have become emergencies now and yet they continue to make us wait over their new clients.This company should not be call Reliable it should be called Unreliable instead.I will never recommend this company now! It is a shame as they used to be good.

I had issues with a leak underneath my sink. Mark was friendly and informative. He had my issue resolved in an hour at a very fair price. Even gave me advice on some basement hvac upgrades that can improve my water heaters lifespan. Will always use reliable plumbing for all my future issues. Thanks so much

This plumbing company came into our home, gave up on unclogging our sink drain, and left such a mess in the bathroom upon leaving (muddy footprints, mud/dirt scatter all over the walls) that we had to replace nearly all of our toiletries and and spend nearly an hour cleaning up the mess that they made. If they are unable to unclog a drain that’s one thing, but they completely trashed our bathroom in the process and we only realized they were not coming back to clean up the mess they made after we watched their car pull away. We had to throw out nearly $100 dollars of bathroom supplies because of the mess they made. Do not recommend.

Good but not flexible. I asked to add a $3 extension but he told me he had to charge $67 if he did. Changed my water heater but didn't use anything from his truck other than the heater; used all old pipes and didn't even give little duct tape. However, water heater is working fine, so no complain there.

I have been using Reliable for fifteen years for one reason, they are reliable! I used them when I had rental properties and I use them at my own home. To have them come every September or early October to flush and check my heating system gives me peace of mind at a reasonable price! I live in Cheltenham Village where our main sewer lines are close to one hundred years old. Have them come to your house and check that main sewer line in your basement before it starts to leak. Had mine checked three years ago when doing the heater check up and sure enough I was getting pin holes in my main sewer line. All has been replaced with PVC and again I have the peace of mind knowing I won’t have sewer water in my basement! Good people who do a good job, that simple.

After dealing with a few unreliable company. It was a breathe of fresh air to find a Reliable Plumbing Company. They called when they were on their way and promptly came in and diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I was very impressed by the efficiency. I will be using them again and you should also.

I called yesterday late afternoon and they were there around 9:30 this morning for a non-emergency. I was totally impressed with the communication before, during and after (I was not there at my dad's house when they arrived but the technician called me to keep me in the loop as to his arrival time and what the issues were. Found the problem. The quoted rate for the service call was maintained and will be applied against the remedial job should we wish to install new fixture. Awesome Reliable!

They did the job in like 15 minutes they clean my drain, I really recommended ?

This company may do good work, but they likely will try to take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. My broken waste water ejector (basement kitchen sink sump pump) was replaced for $625 after I got two other estimates falling in a similar range. Reliable would have charged me $1,695 (!!) if I had not thought to check out the cost of the part online and quickly stopped Mark from going forward. Buyer beware.

They sent us a very nasty service man. They broke the coffee mug, did not put the bedside table, the cable box, and the TV back where it was belong. They threw stuff everywhere and did not pick up the trash and the mess they made. They asked for 90$ cash via the phone, now he asked for $125 after 5 minutes to fix my drain; of course, I dont have 125$ cash, so I gave him a check. He yelled at me and took my TV. I called 911, he threw the TV back on the floor and walked away with my check. Dont ever use their service. They dont know how to treat customers, they treat us like we are dog and beg for their services . I am very upset. Minh

Been using Relable plumbing since 1996. They always come out as soon as possible and fix the problem. A very nice group of guys and will follow up. They did a whole bathroom for me 10 years ago and never a problem with it.

This is my second time using Reliable Plumbing. The first time they installed two vanities, repair my outdoor faucets, utlity tub faucet in the basement and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. All were installed perfectly. The plumber was neat and did the jobs in a reasonable amount of time. Today my shower knob came off in my hand while in the shower. Water shot out like a cannon. I turned off the valve and immediately called Reliable Plumbing. I was setup for an appointment and the plumber (Mark) contacted me within an hour. He came to my home acessed what needed to be done then left and returned with materials and installed it in a timely manner. Mark was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I'm very satisfied and I will comtinue to use Reliable Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend them to my family , friends and neighbors.

I contacted Reliable for a service call which was scheduled for a Wed. at 10-Noon window Did not hear from anyone. Had to call back 3 times... assured that someone would contact me and never did. By the end of the day at 4 pm I got thru to a service manager who still would not commit so I cancelled the order. Terrible office support and professionalism.

Can't count the number of times I've lost a pair of quality Douglass pliers due to rushing to get to the next job...not to mention the possible road hazzard which is now avoided.Good looking out, from 1 plumber to another.???

Rude and incompetent plumbers.Called for repair of a boiler at my house. But because of their delay I was able to get everything I needed to do it on my own. So when the guy came over he was mad and wanted money for the fact that he came to my house.I would understand if their company policy is that they charge money to pay visit. However that's not their policy, and if it is then they should address it before someone pays a visit. (I know its not because I've been a long time customer of theirs so this would have been brought up before).And to make matters worse, he threatened to turn off the main water supply if I didn't pay and he barged into my house and went straight for the heater without consent from my mother, who was the only one at the house. I'm glad that the plumber decided to leave before i got back home else I would have called the cops. So I'm glad that the situation did not have to be escalated to that point but nonetheless their behavior was absolutely rude and their service in recent years has been lacking. Therefore I will never be a customer of that company again.

I called them 2 years ago for an frozen riser on Sunday. Mark came out and was great. Yeah, I paid golden time but I knew I would. So I called them again last week. Corey and Andrew were great. They replaced an outside spigot, inside valve, kitchen faucet and a new toilet /valve. Their professionalism and prices quelled my fear of plumbers. (and I have had bad experiences with others). I keep their number on my refrigerator just in case.

What is the point of having and emergency on call number if noone calls you back? I've been calling since 7:30 to have my pipes unclogged and the operator said there is noone oncall for emergencies to help me I should get a call by 8 am tomorrow!!! This needs to be done now not tomorrow there is water backing up into my basement with feces and urine and I have kids!!! I would never recommend you guys or call ever again. This company did a horrible job installing my air conditioner/heater. They didn't install a cutoff correctly. Two wires that was supposed to connect to the main unit was cut off. They left the system dry with no freon and there was leaks throughout the system. I had so little faith in them I called someone else to fix their problem and cost me even more money.

If there is a option for zero star, definitely I will choose that! The company named reliable doesn’t match what they do. The plumber came for drain cleaning, so anxious, just wanted to get paid. He left a lot mess on my backyard, told me the problem was fixed which is not truth! I called the company 5 times, every time they told me they will create an emergency message for me, sent someone back ASAP, but they never!!! So, now my backyard has lot mess , the drain can’t flow. My problem is not resolved and I can’t even clean it up!

We used Reliable to replace a well pump for our business. They are excellent, on time, courteous and did a great replacement job in minimal time. Will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Jake was here to replace my shower faucets, diverter and everything after another contractor kind of left our bathroom remodel and plumbing a mess. UNPROFESSIONAL! I called with an emergency. Just because they did not want to come, they said I had to wait until Monday. I was told if I come tonight, it will be $300. If I come Monday it's $85, so wait until Monday. I am a paying customer and a homeowner. I'm aware that emergencies COST MORE. I will never EVER use this company again. The technician's attitude was TERRIBLE! I'll be sure to follow up this review with contact to the owners.

i needed to move a utility sink in my basement. reliable has what appears to be a dispatch person answer the phones, and then they send a guy out first availability. my first experience was fine, they patched a pipe in my basement for $125, but the plumber was super demanding about me paying my bill before the end of the day, including several phone calls in the afternoon. i was not a fan of this kind of treatment, but i called and gave my credit card info. fast forward to my utility sink. I call to schedule this work (when i am away at work). they come over, do what i expected to be a 1 day job in about 3-4 hours. the copper was cut and run very sloppy, the plumber allowed his apprentice to install shut off valves touching each other, and there is solder drips in the sink, floor, and wall. blowtorch marks on the wall and near by pipes. i left out contractor bags and drop clothes, and none were used. the floor has a piece of carpet that was soaked, and they didn't bother to use the shop vac i also had positioned near by. they left buckets of water and solder and other trash. plumber was defiant and aggressive with me defending the poop job and condition of the site he left. offered to put a bandaid on his work, but was never willing to do more than the minimum. i call in to express my disappointment, but a senior plumber was also irritated by me and my issue, proceeded to tell me this and that. i may have failed to mention i am a construction industry professional, so it was all just strong arm tack-ticks to get me to pay for low quality and unacceptable work. a few days go by, they resend the same guy to come fix the work. i finally meet him, he is defiant to me, mean, and i had to ask him to leave my house. never in my life did i ever expect to do this.overall experience ended when the company had to send a senior plumber several days later, who couldn't be nicer and more professional. we negotiated the price down, and he left. this is after about a week of calls back and forth.my 2 cents. don't hire a company that is willing to defend the poor workmanship of a young plumber who leaves jobsites like a hurricane disaster zone. also, don't hire a company that thinks that you don't know what you're talking about, when you actually do.

My mother was very pleased with the service. The plumber was on time and very professional. My mother is older (75), so it meant a lot to her that after the job was done he actually sat and talked with her. She really appreciated that.

Just saw one of their drivers blatantly run a red light, 10-15mins ago. He actually sped up to plow through the intersection to pull into a gas station on the other side. After seeing some of the reviews, I'm not surprised of this employee's character, whoever he was. If you don't have respect for the safety/lives of others as well as for the most basic rules of society, then you probably shouldn't be working around people and you shouldn't be representing a company, putting a bad display of professionalism out there where your employer's name is in big letters on the side of your van, no matter how skilled you are. Coincidently, we had issues with one of our toilets last night, which we fixed, but I'm glad I've scratched off one of our possibilities should we ever need a plumber.

My landlord called this company for an issue in my apartment. They serviced my apartment when I was not home. I came home to my large cast iron Dutch oven in the sink along with my Tupperware that isn’t even near the sink. They were filled with water and corrosive chemicals. I’m not sure why my Dutch Oven was in the sink and why the technician felt the need to touch my personal items in my kitchen. The Dutch oven was on the counter top and there was no need for it to be in the sink. The technician also helped himself to my cleaning products under my sink and left a mess. Thank you for ruining my expensive unused Dutch oven. It’s now rusted and ruined from your chemicals. I called today to speak to whoever came to my apartment and I was told “they’ll give you a call back” and I got no call. It’s extremely disrespectful to be touching someone’s items when you don’t need to be, let alone ruining them.Edit- he claims my Dutch oven was in the way of the sink. The Dutch oven was not in the way of the sink...the dish rack is directly next to the sink but that wasn’t touched or “in the way of the sink”? Instead of blaming me you should own up and apologize. There are other items closer to the sink I just don’t understand why the technician felt the need to touch it and put it in my sink and leave it there? If you’d really like, I can provide a picture of my counter top set up to show you that it wasn’t in the way.

Has been my go to plumbing company for 9 years Whether it has been as simple as installing a new outdoor hose tap or redoing a broken sewage line or yesterday replacing a hot water tank. Reasonable and great technicians.

I CALLED THEM TO REPAIR A MINOR BREAK IN A PVC PIPE I WAITED ALL DAY FOR THE PLUMBER TO CALL IN WHICH HE DIDN'T I HAD TO CALL THEM THREE TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO MY HOME WITHOUT CALLING HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I'M RENOVATING MY HOUSE AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T FIX PVC PIPES I JUST CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF THEY FIX PVC PIPES AND THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED SAID YES THEY DO FIX PVC PIPES I ASKED WHY THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT SAY THEY DON'T WHEN I GAVE HIM MY ADDRESS HE TOLD ME THAT MY HOUSE NEED TO BE CONDEMNED ACCORDING TO THE RUDE MAN THAT CAME OUT AND THAT I HAD A DOG TIED UP IN MY BASEMENT FIRST OF ALL I HAVE A PUPPY AND SECONDLY HE NEVER WENT IN MY BASEMENT SO WHERE DO I HAVE A DOG TIED UP IN THE BASEMENT NOTHING BUT A LIAR AND AN UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL IS WHAT CAME TO MY HOME DON'T LIE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK STAY THE HELL HOME OR LET A PROFESSIONAL COME OUT THAT DON'T CARE WHAT THE REPAIR IS AS LONG AS THEY GETTIN PAID IT SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT OTHER WORK IS BEING DONE AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE ALSO MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE SAME ONE THAT CAME OUT BUT HE PUT ME ON HOLD AFTER BEIN VINDICTICELY RUDE AND NEVER CAME BACK ON THE PHONE YOU DON'T EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME CALLING OR REFERRING YOU TO ANYONE EVER AND I'M GOING TO TELL MY SISTER WHOM GAVE ME YOUR NUMBER AND GAVE YOU MUCH BUSINESS FOR YEARS HOW RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LIAR YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

They came quickly, adding me to their already long day, and were exceedingly helpful. Great team of guys. So glad I found them!

Omg this company is the worst I wouldn't use them even if someone else was paying for the work my sewer pipe bust so I call the water company they hired this company to fix my pipe they had to go in the ground and under my step they told me they'l b back in three weeks to lay the cement back will it's was a over month when they came back I called them twice telling them my steps was leaning and my neighbor step was crack because they didn't put enough dirt under the step to whole the steps up I talk to mike the owner very unprofessional and rude I told him what was going on he like o will them step been cracking and we fix your pluming problem if you want us to fix the step it's going to cost more I told him I'm going to sue he told me ok very rude two days later they came laid the cement n left hole n the cement they work was horrible they mess up the city street with there machine they didn't clean up after themselves I won't use them if they was the last company on earth now I'm in the process of suing the water company cause that's who I made an agreement with cause of their careless mistakes if you use them take pictures please and don't use them if they have to go in the ground they don't know what they are doing

We highly recommend Reliable Plumbing! We've used them a few times before and they have consistently provided excellent service.

If I could take away stars I would.1) barged into my house.2) he was extremely rude and belligerent3) made unnecessary commentsHe DEFINITELY won't be coming back to my home again.

The guy said he would be there by 7.30 am or 7.45am he show up at 7.30am and work for 3 hour on my plumber issue . Plus a very nice person.

Replace main water line in street to side walk from street 3 weeks ago ,no water pressure and they're not wearing about it.i called water department they say Reliable Plumbling need to come back out and fix it.

They answered when I called so I didn't have to wait for a call back. They fixed my issue immediately. Much appreciated and good job.
