Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

East Falls Plumbing and Heating replaced our old lead water line coming in from the street. They were very neat and professional and we would definitely recommend and use them again!

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

Tony was great. On time, professional and very easy to talk to. He actually did two jobs for me within a week. First, he unclogged a drain in the kitchen sink. A few days later, he returned to replace an old pipe which was not allowing the water to drain properly in the laundry room. Excellent work, excellent work ethic and fair prices. I'll be calling Tony again soon for my next plumbing job.

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Mark is kind, professional, courteous, friendly (he gladly answered all of my 6 year old son's questions about what he was doing) and he explains what the problem is and what needs to be done to rectify the problem in an easy to understand way. We have used Bill Frusco's Plumbing for over 27 years for various projects we have had done in the home. As I said, I very highly recommend them.

Cant recommend them highly enough. I had a sewer flood on Thanksgiving. I was referred to someone else first and scheduled him to come the next day, but he never showed up. I called every plumber I could find, but not one of them could give me a straight assessment of the problem, or an appx quote. Some didn't want to come to me because parking is tough. When I finally called Drains R Us, Tuan answered and quickly knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He was able to come out the same day. When there were signs of an ongoing issue, I called him at like 7am, and not only did he answer, he went out of his way to make sure Id be taken care of that same day. He is highly competent, extremely responsive and really wants to make his clients happy. Pick this guy.
