John and Jak came out right away and verified my ManaBlok system needed to be replaced. They called several suppliers to find a higher quality replacement system. Hard to do given lingering “supply chain” issues. A week later Jak came back and did flawless work. Very considerate, very neat and tidy. Really appreciate these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

Dan and his colleague arrived at my home ready to work. They were very competent. They cleared an outside drain for me. They also installed my kitchen sink and a single water filter faucet next to it. They did an excellent job! They also went above and beyond by going to Home Depot and getting me a new sink. I appreciated it so much! I highly recommend this company and will be calling them in the future if I have any needs.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Love these guys. We've been using them for years from major jobs like water and sewer lines to toilet and Water heater replacement. Our most recent Disaster occurred on a Sunday night (December 17, 2017) after 10:00pm when our water heater went, spilling water all over the basement. To make matters worse, the shut off valve to the tank was not working. We called the answering service who had a technician call us almost immediately. He explained that the tank could not be replaced until the morning but was able to walk me through the process of shutting off the water without shutting down the whole house. As promised, a technician arrived first thing Monday morning, replaced the tank and valve, and cleaned up after the job was complete. You couldn't tell he was there after he cleaned up. This has always been my experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing. Professional, caring, quick to make the repairs and always at a very fair price. And living in a house that is at least 90 years old, I've had some serious plumbing issues that have always been professionally repaired by Bill Frusco Plumbing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!
