Nick came out to give us an estimate last week and we had him come out this week to complete it (we needed a new shut off valve for the gas line). He was knowledgeable, professional, and got us a good price. They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. I called Tony late at night on a Friday because my main sewer line was backing up through the basement drain. He was able to come out Saturday morning to clean the blockage, and fully resolve my issues. I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

They are the best. I had previously used them for a big plumbing job prior to this epidemic (Sewer line) and they were fantastic. Fast forward to today. I had to have a toilet replaced that developed a crack and I contacted Drains r us and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was a little worried at first but they have a protocol to in place for Covid. They complete a quick check list of questions, the tech takes their temperature and the temperature of any one they encounter (of course with permission). The Tuan was in and out within 40 minutes including the new process. As always they ensured they left the work area in the same condition they found it in. Drains R us are the best and I highly recommend them.
