They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

Bill was quick to respond, thorough in his investigation of our problem, responsive to my need for full and accurate information, and prompt in getting the repair done. His focus was completely professional, and I felt confident in his guidance and expertise. Chalk another one up for the English major.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. They came when I needed them. Took my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Thank you so much. The young men who did the work were very funny. I appreciate everything they did. I wish I could've gotten their names I would mention them in this write up but they were very very nice guys.

Came same day for a leak inspection. They didn’t really determine the source of the leak but they charged me the full amount anyways.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Had 2 toilets installed today and the guys were great! They are very neat! Vacuumed up all the debris! Very friendly! Would definitely recommend them!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Definitely would recommend this plumber.Had an issue where my main sewer line was clogged and caused sum sewage water to come in my garage.Called Tuan at 10AM and he was out to my house by 12pm the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem.He was done in a half hour.Very affordable!
