They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Had them come out because we had insurance and had a leaking pipe but they turned around charged us and never did the service and turned around and tried to charge extra money. Not good people!!

I woke up to a bursted pipe in my basement and water everywhere. I reached out to Scott about 4am and asked if he could come see about this problem asap. He and his team was very responsive and arrived shortly after. They had the work done and finished very fast. They were very reasonable priced for what needed to be done. Tony was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and prompt. I left a message. He responded quickly and within 25 mins was at my door.I was amazed! I had called some others(4) on some previous issues. Three of which said they were coming.....NEVER SHOWED. And, one who could only schedule me for a later date on a RIGHT NOW issue.Tony evaluated the issue. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the task. And, cleaned up behind himself.I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! Tried and failed to replace tub spout on my own (couldn't get the old spout off). Called Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing on a Saturday morning. Anthony arrived to help very quickly and roughly two hours after I called, the job was done. I am happy with the work: extremely fast, friendly, and, most importantly, a well done repair.

I called because my pipes are frozen, and after sharing some info and discovering what could be done (which was very little because of where they are frozen), I was advised to save the money by doing it myself, and given some very helpful tips on how to. They seem very honest and took the time to talk to me for a good 10 minutes and guide me through the steps that they would take if they were here. I'll be calling Thompson next time I need a plumber!

Fast service, great plumber! The plumber James put a stop my running toilet and leaking tub faucet. These issues caused me to have a large water bill every month. It took him less than 20 minutes to find the problemand less than 3 hours to fix. I would recommend everyone use Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs. Low prices are always a plus!!

Roto Rooter wanted to charge us 9 grand and tear out half the pipes in the house. Roger Ross' guys took a look, tested the leak, and determined right away the (minor) replacements necessary. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.
