Warren and his team are terrific! I have been searching for years for a plumber that I would recommend without hesitation, and finally found it at Boss Plumbing. So far, Warren & co have fixed a valve another plumber didn't want to touch, assessed and identified small leaks that were making a big mess (and of course repaired them), installed a new sink and faucet (including some retrofitting) and did it all with a wonderful blend of expertise and good humor. It was a pleasure having them in my home, and I would trust Warren to professionally tackle any plumbing-related job.

The plumbers Tim and Sam were punctual, professional, efficient, courteous, very effective and wasted no time at all diagnosing and resolving the drain issue. They were true to their business name..Economy as well. My plumber recently retired so I was in the market for a new one and I feel I just found one. They even were mindful of my carpet and asked to leave from the back! I'd recommend them to anyone if all their employees were like them.

We called Bill Frusco because our kitchen sink kept clogging. We’d run the waste disposal and it would go down, then shoot back up like a geyser and fill up again. I tried to snake it myself with a small 15ft snake I have but couldn’t clear it. So I figured the clog was deep in there. I decided to call a pro. I was afraid this would cost hundreds of dollars since you hear stories of people getting exorbitant fees when getting plumbing work done. The technician they sent, Matt Foy, had it done in a jiffy for a very a meager $99! He (and his helper who I believe was named Frank) showed me where the problem was, no way I was getting to that myself, and how he had to go through a “clean out” pipe in the basement to fix it. While I was at it I had him look at my 10 year old water heater. We just bought our home 6 months ago and although it still worked, the water wasn’t staying hot as long as it used to, so we figured it would break sooner than later. Matt told us about a water heater special they were having and we went ahead and just replaced it while he was here. It took him all of 40 minutes to install that thing! Chris was very patient, professional and thorough with his investigation into my steam boiler issue.I really appreciated his sincerity in my matter, and how much he extended a helping hand. Chris never gave the impression that he didn't want to do the work and he is extremely knowledgeable. He was fair and concise with his answers, and didn't leave me with an ounce of regret like other heater contractors that swore they knew about steam boilers.I will definitely use this company in the future!

I've had Derrick as my technician twice, once to scope my sewer line & a second time to clear out a downspout clog. He's professional, efficient, persistent & a pleasant guy. Zoom Drain was easy to book, reliable, and was worth the price knowing the work was done well.

First, they were 8hrs LATE. I was told $59 to come out and that would be deducted if any work was done. So in the middle of checking the leak by spraying soap on the pipe he took a 20min business call in my home on my time. There was no gas leak detected so he decided to charged me $149.00 for coming out to check. I said well you said it would be $59 and he got highly aggressive saying he just did work by checking for a leak. He called spraying soap solution on a pipe to detect a leak work. I did not get a written estimate or notification up front of this work he charged me for!!! I got scammed aggressively. Very disappointing and I could not sleep. I should have listened to the vibes I got from the initial call and found someone else because the Ancestors don't lie!!! Can't trust these websites. Also, after he was paid I asked if my pipes were good and he said , the important thing is there is no leak very unprofessional!!!
