Had a spigot installed so that I could easily water my garden. Called at 5:30 PM and received a call back in 15 mins. Stated that they could be by the next morning by 8:30 and they were there on time. They were attentive to my request and completed the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied. I am extremely grateful for their service. I will reaching out for my future plumbing needs.

Derrick was great. He showed up the same day I called and installed a new part. He is dedicated to making sure the job is done right and his promotional materials are hilarious!

Derrick provides solid service. He's the only plumber we trust to work on plumbing in our house. He's replaced our furnace, fixed bathtubs, and just today replaced our hot water heater. He's on-time, easily accessible by phone, and provides the comfort that your job is a priority. The prices are fair and he is completely transparent about the pricing. It's hard to find a service that has experience, customer service skills, and are trustworthy, this service has all of those checked. I don't usually write reviews, but this deserves a shout.

I am deleting my review because it was not Precision Plumbing that did the service for my mother. It was Precision Tech and they only use Precision Plumbing on their business card. They not only ripoff seniors, but they also setup their business cards to read like they are a different company. If I would not have went to check my review and see the response, I would not have dug further into the company name. They are apparently using your good service to their advantage because they absolutely cover up their true company name unless you really dig for it. I’m sorry for the confusion and the real company used is Precision Tech in Manalapan.

We had a gas leak in our house last night, and Derrick and another plumber came by this morning, gave a quick assessment, and came back in the afternoon to make the repairs. They were friendly, quick, communicative, and did great work. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you precision!

Derrick was excellent, very professional and timely. Told me the window he would arrive and was here at the beginning of that time frame. Cleaned up after he replaced my water heater and then tested everything to make sure all good. Will definitely use them again.

I had what I though was a major issue with my toilet. I called Precision and someone answered right away. Almost immediately I received a call from the plumber and he already started to help me over the phone prior to coming over the next day. Luckily it turned out to be a loose hose which only led to a small service fee for coming out. Thank you Precision Plumbing I will only be using you guys in the future!

Derek was very on time, maybe slightly early and was very thorough about the work he has too do. The job was expensive but I think reasonable considering he had to unclogged my sewer connection from all the wet wipes we foolishly used. Just because wipes are listed as flushable does not mean that they are. Derek had to pull junk out from under the toilet, from the shower drain and our sewer line to the city. It was a big job and it required someone like Derek. Also his “bedside matter” was excellent. He made a stressful and embarrassing situation like no big deal. I highly recommend.Please understand that jobs like this are supposed be expensive and it would go a long way, to get past your sticker shock and trust Derek.

Derrick arrived promptly and told me that instead of a blocked drain in the wall as I thought, it was merely a loose washing machine hose that was causing the leaking. It is nice to find an honest plumber! In addition, he replaced both of my outside hose spigots. Was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We called Derrick after our 6 year old son flushed a wooden Thomas the Train down the toilet. He was responsive, punctual, and explained the thinking behind what he quoted us. Thankfully he was able to get the train out of the toilet after pulling it up and saved us having to replace it. Would definitely use him again for any future plumbing issues.

If I could give Derrick 11 stars I would. He has worked at my house several times and has always been wonderful but this took the cake. He had to replace 15 feet of caste iron sewer pipe - part of which was embedded in the wall. He was on time, incredibly couteous, had the whole job done in 3 hours and left my basement cleaner than when he started.

Derrick went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He quickly addressed and solved the problems we had, clearly explained our options and was polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Derrick.

Our hot water quit on us during the quarantine; called on Thursday afternoon, spoke to Derrick, and had an appointment for Friday mornings. He was able to get the old heater out and the new heater in despite our narrow street and very tight basement stairs. Maintained social distancing, wore a facemask and gloves at all times, and got things done both quickly and well.

When our furnace quit working on a cold January night, Derrick came the next morning and gave our 60-plus years old furnace its last rites and told us we needed a new furnace. He and his helper put in a new furnace over the next 2 days, even coming out during a snow storm to finish the job so we could have heat before the forecasted -10 degree wind chill hit us the next night. Great friendly service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They did a terrible job. Less than 3 months later my entire basement was flooded! They did not fix the plumbing problem. And when I called them to inform them. A representative answered the phone and told me it will be 400$ for them to come out and look at the problem. Shortly after that they hung up on me. I have toddlers and their toys are in the basement. Everything is ruined!!

I was experiencing a bathroom leak from the second floor which caused water damage to my living room ceiling on the first floor. Derrick trouble shot the problem and found the leak was coming from my second floor toilet. The leak was below the toilet and in between the living room ceiling. He did a excellent job of opening a small hole in the living room ceiling and identified where the leak was coming from. He did a nice job of cleaning up the plaster that came from the ceiling opening. The repair was quickly made to the toilet piping. He was very polite and explained what was occurring during the repair process. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend his company to others.

Had a problem on Sunday afternoon. Called and left a message, received a call back three and a half hours later

First off let me say that I never write bad reviews unless truly deserving. As a matter of fact, this is the first one I've every written, however, I thought that this was obscene enough to warrant my time and yours.I am in the process of replacing the deck boards on my deck and while they are taken off and there is easy access to the PVC pipes leading to my outside faucet (which never worked), I figured this is the right time to address it. I immediately could see a break in the PVC piping. I've never done any plumbing before so I started making some phone calls to the local plumbers. I started with Precision Plus Plumbing. I left a message and they immediately called me back saying someone could come out the same day and also do the work. Great, I thought. So I waited for the plumber to get to my house. He arrived on time and was a nice guy. So far, so good. So I showed him the issue and he said, yes you need 2 end caps put on the broken PVC piping. I said OK, how much will that cost. he said $146 for each end cap. You know the little plastic end pieces that cost about 50 cents. I said, WOW that is a lot and he said I don't want to pressure you. You seem like a handy guy, you could probably do it yourself. I wanted it done quickly so I said, just do it so I could continue with my project. So he put the 2 end caps on in 5 minutes! I turned the water on from the inside shutoff and we realized that there were several additional breaks in the PVC piping. He said, let me get you a price for replacing the 15 feet of 1/2 inch PVC piping. He came back with $750!!!! I said, excuse me, did you say $750? He said yes. It's not as easy as you may thing to replace. I said I own my own painting company and that is like 2 days of labor for my company so unless this 15 feet of PVC pipe is going to take a day and a half, forget about doing the job. He said OK, do you want me to take the 2 end caps back off and you can do everything yourself? I said yes!!! Oh, I forgot to mention that there is a $59 fee for them to just come out to the house even if they don't do the project!!So I said to myself, how hard can it be so I setup to the local home depot and bought $50 worth of parts (probably $15 more than what I should have but I bought extra in case I made a mistake). I cam back to the house and within 1 hour had everything replaced. I waited 2 hours and turned the water on from the inside shutoff and shazam, it works.Now it took me, someone who has never done a day of plumbing in his life, $50 and 1 hour of time and this company was going to charge me $750, Plus the end caps that I didn't need anyway.Now I know why they charge the $59 fee. They get to the house and pressure people into doing it, thinking, well I've already spent the $59 and that will go toward the repair. The company then charges a ridiculous rate, hoping to get suckers to say yes and if they say no, at least they made $59 for 5 minutes of being there.Crazy, crazy, crazy!!! Well I will thank Precision Plus Plumbing for allowing me to be so mad that I actually learned how to do some plumbing on my own.

First let me start by saying the technician Derrick was a pleasure to have him in my home. Professional, friendly, courteous. My problem is the cost. The work took 15 minutes total. I had a pin hole in a pipe. The charge was $418. I am a ED physician. I could have a person come in with a heart, attack, stroke, anaphylaxis or any other critical life event and spend much more time taking care of them and GOOD insurance would reimburse me 2/3 of the cost of a pinhole repair of a pipe by this plumber. One thing good will come out of this. I am going to this week go to my local home repair store and spend $50 for the equipment and learn how to sweat a pipe on u tube!

My tenants complained of a leak in dining room ceiling. Precision Plus Plumbing was referred to me, and I was happy with the work overall. They had a flat rate menu type pricing book for there work. Plus the guy that came out was able to show a lot of before and after pictures of similar jobs, and that made me feel very comfortable.

I had water damage at a rental property and Derek came to the home, multiple times after conflicts on my part, and got the work taken care of. I highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

First, they were 8hrs LATE. I was told $59 to come out and that would be deducted if any work was done. So in the middle of checking the leak by spraying soap on the pipe he took a 20min business call in my home on my time. There was no gas leak detected so he decided to charged me $149.00 for coming out to check. I said well you said it would be $59 and he got highly aggressive saying he just did work by checking for a leak. He called spraying soap solution on a pipe to detect a leak work. I did not get a written estimate or notification up front of this work he charged me for!!! I got scammed aggressively. Very disappointing and I could not sleep. I should have listened to the vibes I got from the initial call and found someone else because the Ancestors don't lie!!! Can't trust these websites. Also, after he was paid I asked if my pipes were good and he said , the important thing is there is no leak very unprofessional!!!
