All-star Electrical was recommended to me by a relative who raved out their work on her home renovation. Based on my experience, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work of this company. I have used this company twice and would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work. The first time I used All-Star was to replace the outside cable line. Jon came and provided me a very reasonable estimate. He scheduled a time for his team to come out. The day they were scheduled to come, it was raining. His team came to my house at the stated time and asked if we could reschedule for another day. It stopped raining later that day and I received a call asking if they could come back out and complete my service request. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how long the power would be out. They cleaned up after themselves and I was so pleased that I called again for services at another property. Again, I received excellent customer service. Jon and his team arrived at the stated time and his services was quick and extremely professional. I used a lot of different contractors, electricians, plumbers, and handymen and I have been more pleased by All-Star electrical services than any of them.

ProTech came out same day when my tenants burned out an outlet. Malvin was super helpful in explaining the wiring issue my old rowhome was facing and helped find a good compromise in how to fix things. This electrician thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was and tested his theory. He then replaced the wires that were on the top of the house so that the faulty electricity in the house would stop making the lights flicker. He also fixed the outlet in the computer room which had stopped working. The computer room is essential for working from home and I am so relieved that he was able to find and fix the problems. Yes I do recommend this company and should I need help in the future I will call on them.

I cannot recommend Jack highly enough. Please do yourself a favor -- if you need electrical work done, call Jack and his team to have an evaluation and estimate done before settling on another company. We had 4 different electricians come out for estimates regarding removal of knob/tube, relocation/addition of new outlets, power box upgrade, and some exterior work. He was exceptionally responsive, very professional, and his estimate blew everyone else's out of the water. More importantly, he explained why his estimate is lower to make sure we felt we weren't being duped into less than stellar work. He was exceptionally responsive leading up to the work, and he was at our house for three days doing a basement to third-floor electrical makeover. His team was considerate, kind, wonderful without our pets, and did an outstanding job, including patching up the holes they made. Simply put, Jack and his team hit it out of the park with our house, and then some.Seriously -- if you are looking for electrical work, call Jack immediately and I guarantee that you will be happy you did.

Edison was very nice, prompt, and personable. Not annoyed by my many questions and had some interesting stories of his own to share. He handled my light and ceiling fan as if he has been doing it for years (surprise). Very clean neat and accurate work. I felt more like he was a guest in my house. I also loved that he gave quotes over the phone.

Very professional service by Barry Fisher and his electricians. They showed up on time to replace some of the faceplates in my home that were out of code and got right to the job. They even made sure I knew exactly what was being changed and the pertinent information that came with it. They were in and out in under an hour and it was very affordable.

I would highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable, great customer service and the electrician was very nice and respectful. I will definitely use this company again.
