Best Cooling System in Philadelphia PA

Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

Great Job and very fair price! So I live in a condo and we had a leak under my tub (the building is old). PJ and Earl spec'ed the job yesterday and John and Pat fixed it today. They used tarps to protect my floor, answered all my questions and cleaned up (what little) debris they made. All four techs were pleasant and easy-going. These are my new goto plumbers.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! The great news is they gave me some tips over the phone before the scheduled appt, the bad news is I didn't get to meet them because their advice worked and fixed my sink! These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Did a great job replacing my leaking main shut off compression valve, to a brand new ball valve. At an affordable price as well!

Chris executed most of a job and was paid, but has not completed the work. He no-showed a confirmed appointment, and hasn't returned my calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional and now I'll need to pay another HVAC tech for the job I already paid Veteran for. I suggest you find someone else who will not take your money and run leaving you without cooling as soon as the temp hits 90 degrees!

I called at 10 am to report a problem we were having with the new thermostat McLoughlin had installed during the summer. By 4pm Ronnie came quickly fixed and explained the issue.

The valve to the water main in my house was leaking and they responded quickly with coming out the same day but couldn't do the work until the following. The job was completed in a timely fashion; price was fair. The things that did not get them a 5 star review: not one of the guys on the team introduced themselves by name; they tracked muddy footprints through my kitchen and I had to put down extra towels and told them to walk there; they did not replace dirt in the one spot on my front lawn, leaving a hole; only one of the plumbers was wearing a mask (the one told my daughter he had already gotten vaccinated, but you still need to wear a mask). Not happy with the customer service part of the call.

Excellent job clean and a great price

I've used Joe's twice now and both times have been extremely pleased with both the service and price. The entire team at Joe's is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they've helped me understand the products installed as well as how to maintain them. I have a couple other things that need to be done by a plumber and you can be certain that I plan on using Joe's for those and any other future plumbing needs.
