Everyone was amazing - from making the appointment through to the end of the repair. The technician was prompt, professional, and did excellent work. I was bummed that because my repair was under $250 that the appointment fee couldn't go towards my repair (The repair took only 15 minutes) but again, it was excellent work and the tech was knowledgeable.

Jay has been my electrician for my business and home for over ten years. The thing that makes me call him first is that he always responds and always makes sure that the job gets done right. That may sound like BS but on my last job I needed to pre pay him for his work because of franchise regulations. His job was done right away but he could not finish due to needing my counter guy having to finish first. Again, Jay was already paid for the entire job. Jay was calling me to schedule finishing his work, not me calling him to come back. Not sure I need to say much more....
