Best Toilets Repair in Omaha NE
Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

About a week or so ago, I noticed the sink in my upstairs bathroom was draining slower and slower . . . pretty much by the day. So after perusing the listings on Google, and after many attempts at other services, I came across this company. I told Bill, the owner, my issue and asked how much to fix it. He told me it would be 75.00 + tax which would make it about 80.00 and some change, but he could not get to it until the next day which was Wednesday. I set the appointment for Wednesday at 2 pm. Wednesday morning Bill called and said they were being held up by a big job and he would have to push my appointment back to 3 or 3:30 pm. I agreed to this. SO FINALLY AT 4:35 pm, one of Bill's employees shows up, I showed him to the sink and left him at it. About 30 minutes later he comes downstairs and asks me if there was any extensive work done previously on the upstairs pipes. I told him yes about 5 or so years ago, there was some pipes replaced and they had to open the wall in my bedroom to do it. He tells me that he couldn't snake past a point in the piping because of some kind of blockage or sharp turn . . . SO I WOULD HAVE TO GET A PLUMBER OUT TO POSSIBLY OPEN THE WALL AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE CLOG! I stood back and looked at him and asked, Aren't you a plumber?, he says, No, I'm just a drain guy . . . So I asked him was the sink still clogged, he said yes. So I went back upstairs and sat in my room while he gathered his things, after he wiped up whatever mess he made in the bathroom.
Unbeknownst to me, there was a 50.00 service fee, he didn't charge me the extra 30.00 since he wasn't able to get the drain unclogged. THANKS!!! So I paid 50.00 for this guy to show up over 2 and 1/2 hours late, further clog up the pipes, leave dirty brown water standing in the sink (which he could've taken the pipe off and let the crap drain into a bucket and then dump the bucket into the toilet! But I guess that would've been too much like right!) And then to make matters worse . . . HE'S JUST A DRAIN GUY?!?! When somebody shows up to my house with PLUMBING written on the side of the van, I EXPECT A PLUMBER! And instead of ME having to call somebody else . . . why didn't he call his boss and ask him to come to the house to further assess the situation?!?!
I called Bill, told him I was not happy at the virtual non-service I got, and the mess that was left behind, not to mention that I felt like I paid them for nothing! Also upset that now it is up to me to get ANOTHER plumber to come out and fix what they didn't fix. At first he sounded as if he were going to come out, but I told him I wasn't at home because I had to be somewhere at 6 pm, and that I wasn't happy about his guy being late either. In the end Bill half-way apologized and said he would say something to his guy about leaving a dirty sink with standing water. I also told him there was no discussion of this 50.00 service charge. He told me that he should've charged me the full 80.00, but since he didn't get it unclogged he only charged me the 50.00...
NEVER AGAIN!!!
UPDATE:
Roto-Rooter was out here this morning, he too was a drain guy. Difference between him and this clown organization from yesterday? He didn't charge me for not remedying the clog, and he didn't leave a mess!
I called Bill and told him I wanted my money back, because there was no previous talk of a service fee, and the aforementioned regarding Roto-Rooter. This fool had the nerve to tell me (without ever stepping foot in here), that my pipes were not up to code, and something about his guy not being able to go through the toilet to unclog the drain. I asked him just how in the hell he came to that conclusion? He says because he's been doing it 20 years ..............
I again demanded a refund, he refused, I told him I hope that's the last 50.00 he ever gets, I'm calling the BBB, and he just might end up on the news!

We had a water leak underneath our house that was slowly draining water into our neighbor’s yard and driveway. Once we discovered the problem, we called literally six different plumbing companies. SmithPro was the first one to come out and take a look, gave us a fair price, and began work the next morning. They were very professional and did a great job!

Typical situation of not knowing I had a problem until I had one... Drain in the basement would not drain. Andy from A&A stopped by on a weekend and within minutes had the problem solved. He was concerned with the weather and his shoes tracking snow and water into the house which I appreciated. While he was there we discussed some additional plumbing needs and since our initial meeting he has replaced our water heater and did some gas line work for a fire pit and bbq. He is as honest and professional as I have dealt with. Plus he has a great looking new truck!

Ron was the best. Very courteous. Cleaned up after himself. Made sure all the drains were running smoothly and there were no back ups at all before he left. I highly recommend this company.

After taking a shower this morning, it was obvious my water heater was in trouble. I gave American Rooter a call, and Jen was great on the other line as she sent Alex to my house on the same day. Alex explained everything, was patient with my questions, worked quickly but carefully, and now I'm in great shape. I even had a concern after Alex left, and he came back to check things out. Will definitely do business again with American Rooter Plumbing!

Tenant called about floor drain in basement overflowing. I called Major Drain. Tech responded quickly, cleared the blockage quickly as well. From the time I called to paying the bill only took about 90 minutes. The tech was professional, informative, and polite.

By far, the best plumbing experience I have ever had. Corey was fantastic! He was thorough and patient, and took time to teach me about my drain system. Very helpful and will definitely continue with them. Very reasonable pricing as well!

I had one of the plumbers come out and fix a garbage disposal, which under my sink there is only 1 shutoff value. About a month later I called them again because I had a leak which had now went from my sink in the kitchen and has now traveled to my ceiling of my family room and the ceiling was buckling. Called the 2nd plumber out and he said the 1 shut off valve is leaking so he fixed it. There is only 1 valve under the sink and the First plumber was the only one there before hand. Now the first plumber forgot to shut off the water when he was testing the new faucet, so he shot water all over the place. So didn't feel totally comfortable about him, but everything appears to work after him. (pssst. except the slow leak that has now destroyed my ceiling). Since it is a slow leak, insurance won't pay for it. Well had American Water come out and found that the slow leak has created mold, so now not only did I pay 550 for the first plumber, but had to pay 350 for the second plumber to fist and issue that came from the first one. Now I am paying for the removal of the ceiling and the mold, and the fixing and painting and putting the track lighting back in place. These guys through their hands up and said, 'Can't prove it'. So, a word of advice, after $2000 to fix just a garbage disposal, (original reason I called them), I would inspect their work afterwards or better yet, go somewhere else.
