Had a problem with the water heater and they did all they could to try and fix, when that didn't work was able to get it replaced quickly and meeting time restraints.

Jeff M was extremely professional in analyzing our situation and then recommending options as to what course we may take in handling our sewer line problems. The crew he had set up for us was exceptionally knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed to be done and helped us get a mess that we had when our sewer backed up cleaned up. Shawn and Tim were extremely kind and thoughtful in helping us sort through our personal belongings that were damaged with a back-flow of sewage in our basement. When Phil went about the work to dig up our basement floor in order to get to the damage sewer pipe and then replace it he took the time to tell and show us what he had done. He then filled the hole up and cemented the basement floor so well you could hardly tell any work had been done, what a great job! Jeff M came and checked the work being done and kept reassuring us that we were his number one priority in getting us back to living our lives. This group of your people that have been working on our behalf should receive in there records file accommodations for a job well done. My original post I gave a rating of 1 star based on they did not thoroughly complete job as we didn't have hot water after. But after contacting the man who sold us the unit he made right and got someone back out to get us much needed hot water. I do recommend this company based on my own experience.

Scott and his crew have been amazing! We had two plumbing emergencies in a week, one at our house and one at our rental property. He handled BOTH the same day and was extremely knowledgeable, one was even on a Sunday morning. We had to have a major pipe repaired and his team came out to fix it with total professionalism and finished it in half the time I thought it would take. Not to mention they gave us some helpful tips on how to maintain clean pipes in the future. These guys are A+!

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced.

Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency.

They made a special effort to get to me the same day, explained to me the problem and the options I had, kept everything clean or cleaner than what they found it, and stayed until the job was finished. It’s been a long time, if ever, I needed to call a plumber. So it was a wake-up call for me to face plumber rates. I’m sure I only paid standard rates. But be prepared to pay a bit of money. Ouch!

Very professional and nice. I was kind of clueless as to where they could find the sewer line they were inspecting, but they found it and still came in right at what I had expected to pay from previous conversations.

I called them up to get a water tank issue fixed thinking they would be at least a week out. After a couple of minutes figuring out what to do, he dispatched a truck to us in under 2 hours. We had water in a couple of hours after that. OUTSTANDING!

Snaked a drain just like I needed. Came out promptly on early on a Sunday morning and got the job done for a fair price. No shady sales pressure or upcharging like the bigger places like to do. Very pleased.
