I got a new water heater installed, team was on time, efficient, and helpful. Price was very competitive too. When I noticed something minor after they left, they returned and helped fix that, along with a shower leak - that was probably just a coincidence but they fixed in nonetheless! Would totally recommend them!

Called Southside Plumbing at FreshTime for evaluation of leaks...They sent Ray out to assess the situation and was able to rule out a lot of expensive work thank goodness. I would trust this company and Ray for future issues for this company.

Wonderful service. Great response time and even rearranged their daily schedule to see me the same day as I called. Tim came out right at the time we scheduled and found the part we needed for my old houses shower out of the two that were in town. He picked it up on his way home and the next day James was there to get the repair made in quick time. Everything works perfectly again, looks clean and neat with fantastic soldering I should add. Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend you for anyone that finds themselves in a bind.

Perhaps they should avoid making rude comments about other people in public when driving a company vehicle. Doesn’t look good for business.

I hope Wayne is alright ,because we had contacted him about a job over a month ago and since then he has not responded to calls nor gotten back to us on pricing. If you're looking for a septic system install call Midlands he'll answer your phone call or at least get back to you (we're working with him now, he's good!). Henton's not gonna do a job in Omaha they are too busy, and most other company's won't do septic replacement despite stating it on their website. If your a septic company and want to earn some business comment below please.

Have used for different types of projects and they are always done right the first time. Right now in the middle of moving basement bathroom changing water line location.Takes multiple times to get it done and Josh is always there when needed

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

There is still work that needs to be done on our shower leak fix. They were 2 hours late showing up to do the initial work. We noticed something a day later that needed fixing. Set up for them to return Sat at 9:30 am. Received a call at 12:45 asking if ok to come over. That time didn't work for us so rescheduled for 3:00 today(Monday). No call as of 5:30 explaining why they are late. Got a return call around 5:45. Fernando was here in 20 minutes to fix the issues completely and to our satisfaction. I take full responsibility for not looking things over well enough before they left after the initial work, and thus requiring him to come back. I appreciate Fernando apologizing for not being on time or calling. I would like this rating to be 3.5 stars but that isn't available.
