someone came to fix some plumbing in my house which they did do but in the process of fixing it they broke another part of the plumbing and are claiming they can’t come back to fix it without me putting in another work order that id need to pay for, it makes no sense for me to pay them to fix something they broke in my own house. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the help and service this company is able to provide.

Fernando came to my house I called everyone no one could come help me with my main drain backed up he came right over fixed the drain gave me a better price than anyone his service and quality is a 5 star I will recommend this company to everyone 402 plumbing is the best in Omaha I highly recommend everyone to use them nothing but the best.

John does a great job and always explains what is going on and what we can do to improve the situation. We have had some emergency situations come up later in the day/evening and made a same day visit and fix.

Had a 2 hr window set from 12-2 no call, no show then I get a call about 3:15 saying they were about 10 min out. Punctuality is HUGE for me because I always have a lot going on so I made sure I was available from 12-2. Ended up having them come out and get the job done and they did a good job and were pretty friendly. Just wish I would have received a courtesy call letting me know they’d be over an hr late. I also felt it was a bit costly considering the service. The guys who came out were very nice however.

Had Tritz Plumbing come out today to repair some leaking outside faucets. Very professional. The office called to let me know they were on their way ( I do not answer numbers I don't know).

We've had Frazier Company servicing our furnace and air conditioning systems for the past 6 years. After our old heating and air conditioning units needed to be replaced, a representative from the sales department came and went over our options for new units. They installed quality replacements and have been servicing the systems since that time. Russ is our technician and he is dependable, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Frazier Company!

I researched online and called several companies, but the earliest any of them could come out would have been in the middle of August. I called on July 16th ASAP Appliance and they set up an appointment 3 days later. Cesar was the tech that came out. From 1 to 10, I would give Cesar a 20. Cesar was very curious and passionate in explaining everything to us. Cesar had to order a part for our washer and he stated it would take about a week to get the part. I was notified that the part came in and called to set up an appointment to be installed. I informed my family and friends of the experience I had with ASAP Appliance and recommended them for any repairs. I also told them to ask for Cesar. ASAP Appliance you have a great employee working for you. Thank you for the Great Service Cesar from ASAP Appliance!!!!

I had been staying in my camper with 2 children for a week. They had fully filled my septic tank. Called Midland on a Saturday within two hours they were out, it didn't take 15 minutes and they were done. Very nice young lady did the job well. So proud of her!! Nice people and job well done!! Reasonable price!! I recommend, especially to those unlucky rv'ers who find themselves in an unfortunate situation. 😕
