Not very good service I had a guy come out I had to pay 133 dollars for him to tell me I need to call and schedule another appointment for them to fix my problem and when I did call back I got awful customer service from the lady on the phone and they just wanted more money all of this for one clogged drain. You know if u can’t run a business don’t try.

Frank understood my needs and in a very difficult job provided guidance and options. Then, his team performed the work as craftsmen. I have Used Roto Rooter several times to unclog drains. They have always been successful in Unclogging the drain. The employee sent today, Craig, was professional, Knowledgeable, and cleaned up after he was finished sneaking out the drain. I would certainly use Craig in Roto Rooter again.

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.
