I have called Brian in the past and this is probably my 4th or 5th time. His team is very professional, responsive, informative and friendly. They’ve fixed shower leaks and also replaced a toilet. Great work and reasonable pricing.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they agreed on repairing an item they broke while working at my house but never did so even tho I have emails from them saying they would. Would not recommend!

Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

Mike was amazing and such a pleasant individual that walked me through the process of everything he was doing and even gave tips on how the situation could be prevented in the future. My dogs also loved him which is a good star in my book. This guy deserves a raise!

I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater.
