Had them come out to look to replace a bathtub and shower surond was told after they looked at it that they would be here by 9am on the 12th to do the job,call them at 10 to get talked down to by the person who told me the 12th that its now the 18th that its always been the 18th after i checked back with them twice. Before rearrange what we have going on.

Great experience with Bill! He takes the anxiety from plumbing issues and makes you feel at ease. I have never recalled exclaiming to a contractor, thats all?! when getting the bill, but did just that with Bill and Affordable Plumbing. He and his employee take their job seriously and are professionals in every sense of the word. I personally would use no one else in the Omaha area.

These guys were like a NASCAR pit crew. We called on a Monday night after discovering a leak in our basement. David penciled us in for Tuesday afternoon and arrived by 1130 Tuesday morning and was done before 1200! They had the part we needed, were very polite, even bringing in my Amazon packages for me. I found them by reading reviews - so I thought I would also post a review. The price was fair and I will absolutely be calling them again if needed. David even gave me some advice on fixing a toilet while he was at my home as well. Highly recommend.

I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and a faucet that had bad water pressure. Mark put in a new faucet and unclogged my drain! He explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. The cost was reasonable! I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing in CB!

The two reasons I gave it 4 stars is because I was supposed to have my toilet fixed on April 14, 2023, but I got pushed to Monday (April 17, 2023 then pushed to Tuesday (April 18, 2023) I talked to a manager named Jim, and he was able to give me a discount for the service which helped a lot. The plumber named Paul came out and did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism and understanding. I will definitely consider using the service again due to those two gentlemen providing me actually good customer service.

Highly disappointed in Askarben ARS, and will never work with them again. I called at 8 am, and was told that I was placed on their appointment logs for the same day and to expect a call between 9 am - 3 pm when someone was on the way. No one called, at 3 pm I called back and checked on the status as to when someone would be out. They had no record of my call, when I asked if someone would come out they had to ask for manager approval to send someone out. They never got manager approval after waiting for over an hour. I would highly recommend Omaha Drain as they were able to have someone to my house within a few hours after my call even though it was so late in the day.

Oh my goodness! I cannot explain how much I appreciate and very happy with the service I received from Fernando! He was quick and on time!

I was trying myself, to change my faucet, and it went haywire! Water going down into my basement, and it just was not pretty! Fernando came in and went to work!

He put my new faucet on, and also new valves because the old ones were awful!

In all I 100% recommend calling Fernando for all of your plumbing services! I have already saved his number for another one of my mess up!

Unclogged drain

Exceptional people and top notch work. I highly recommend Major Drain. We had a major main sewer line issue that was not a typical repair. They dug multiple holes to replace sewer lines and installed 4 clean outs. They worked harder than anyone I've seen on numerous days in freezing cold temperatures to fix our problem. They communicated with us every step of the way and worked countless hours to solve our problem as there were multiple challenges. They didn't even charge us for all the hours they spent working in the cold and snow. Shawn and Dan are the best! Thank you for everything!

I’ve never seen a company that's so considerate of your home and not making a mess. They are so polite and friendly. Very respectful. They even asked if I had a preference where to plug in the snake.
