Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. We had these folks come out last year and at that time I was impressed. Sergio worked so hard to get our sewer dug out and repaired. Honestly never seen anyone work that hard to fix a problem. It was expected to take a few hours and ended up taking a day and a half but they worked the whole time, smiling as he went. Highly impressed when they were here.

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

Exceptional people and top notch work. I highly recommend Major Drain. We had a major main sewer line issue that was not a typical repair. They dug multiple holes to replace sewer lines and installed 4 clean outs. They worked harder than anyone I've seen on numerous days in freezing cold temperatures to fix our problem. They communicated with us every step of the way and worked countless hours to solve our problem as there were multiple challenges. They didn't even charge us for all the hours they spent working in the cold and snow. Shawn and Dan are the best! Thank you for everything!
