Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

Not very good service I had a guy come out I had to pay 133 dollars for him to tell me I need to call and schedule another appointment for them to fix my problem and when I did call back I got awful customer service from the lady on the phone and they just wanted more money all of this for one clogged drain. You know if u can’t run a business don’t try.

They did a great job identifying and clearing a complicated sewer drain issue. Plumbers that showed up were very professional, I will definitely call them again.

The customer service fluff they send you is nice and all, introducing you to who their technicians along with a photo of who they will send to gouge you. Least they do it with a smile right?

I had a faucet at a rental property that stopped working and sure enough, I had two options of either not having water for maybe 2 weeks (presented to me as if this option was not a big deal. Just let me tell my tenant that you won't have running water for weeks. Sure.) to re-plumb for over $6,000 or replace the faucet and a few other things for $1,300. Excuse me?

A 2nd plumber who was referred to me by my constructions general contractor called and over the phone + 5 minutes later the faucet was running normally, and he did not even charge me a dime.

I've been doing real estate for 8 years and I know when it is time to get a 2nd opinion. But how many of you are actually in real estate to know it is time to get a 2nd opinion? Or just to plow forward with what someone skilled is telling you?

Maybe I don't know if the technician they sent is not skilled enough to match that of an accountant with a guided hand, or someone actively dishonest. You decide.

Chris and Colin were professional, and did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixing it promptly. I would use this company again for any plumbing issues.

First off, they were able to come early. Shaun was persistent in solving our problem. He did not settle for a job half done, but thought of more things until we had a solution. He cleaned the floor when he was done. I am grateful for his commitment to doing his job well.

Called Chris Thursday afternoon for a non Emergency plumbing issue. Sent a picture of the issue he responded in minutes with a quote. Came by Friday morning and repaired the issue in minutes. Will use Raw Har for all my needs.

Called Christmas Eve and was able to get a service call first thing Dec. 26.
Eric andJohn were prompt, took the time to ask questions and explain the process and were wearing masks the whole time (important during pandemic!)
