Best Inspection in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

OCB did a great job at finding the root issue with our sewer main. Granted not a cheap fix, but quality never is cheap. They are fair and up front about the costs.

I don't know about there service but if it's like there driving I would not recommend them. I had a red pickup from them license plates (VVA 022) almost run me off the interstate today by the Giles exit.

Fixed my clog but promised to come back and fix unrelated leaky pipe and never showed

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

This is the second time I've use roto rooter and Derrick (4394) was amazing as usual he came out in about 30 minutes from the moment I called took time to explain what was going on with my drain as well as explain to me what he was he was doing, as he was doing it. Very very informative patient and professional now my drains are free and clear once again.

Sales were knowledgeable, professional, and knew exactly what to present to meet our needs. The installation guys were so nice, professional, cleaned up after themselves, I'd recommend them all again!

Scott and his crew have been amazing! We had two plumbing emergencies in a week, one at our house and one at our rental property. He handled BOTH the same day and was extremely knowledgeable, one was even on a Sunday morning. We had to have a major pipe repaired and his team came out to fix it with total professionalism and finished it in half the time I thought it would take. Not to mention they gave us some helpful tips on how to maintain clean pipes in the future. These guys are A+!

Terrible experience with this company. The plumber was messy, disrespectful and unprofessional ! He used our bathroom towel and bathroom rug to wipe the water on the floor. He doesn't care at all about
our belongings. Every time I ask a question he quickly snaps. He seems angry and unhappy ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !

Fernando did an awesome job installing hard pipe for a sump to exterior and adding a new hose bib. He also repaired two toilet issues I was having, replaced multiple issue faucets and recalled my master bath. Excellent work and would recommend.
