Best Hot Water Heater Repair in Omaha NE

They broke my vanity wheel unclogging a drain.
We agreed the bill would be settled when my vanity was repaired, their technician took a crucial piece with him at the time, this was in June of 2022.
Now in march 2023 they tell me they are taking my account to collections and do not care about my broken vanity or the agreement we made. Not to mention the drain was never even fixed

Absolutely do not work with them

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

Water heater went out on Friday. Searched around and found one company that seemed awful expensive and couldn't get anything done until at least Monday. Saw their company on Google listings and had good reviews. Fernando said they could get it done on Saturday, it would take about an hour and they would pick up the Water Heater from where I ordered it-Home Depot. They would also of course haul away the old one. The price was very reasonable and they were even able to get here earlier-had it done in no time and take payment via CC reader. Super nice and made this process very easy. Nice to have hot water again thanks guys!

I had a busted outside spigot that froze over the winter. The tech was very friendly and polite and thorough (although maybe too thorough, doing water tests so he could pitch a water treatment system before even looking at the busted pipe). They try to charge me $625 to cut some copper and solder it together. Not to mention the hard water treatment he claimed I needed, even though we are on city water and our faucet filters never have calcium buildup. Get out of here with that. I had Tritz Plumbing do it for $225. They charged for the work performed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I understand plumbers have skills that I do not have and that’s why I have to call them but for $625 for a job that took 20 minutes?

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with R Mechanical. They were prompt, not sales-y, and quite down to earth. They are here to help and fix without all the extra garbage. Thank you SO MUCH!!

I've been dealing with Aksarben Sewer & Drain for 17 years now, and have never had a negative experience with this company. Called Chris Thursday afternoon for a non Emergency plumbing issue. Sent a picture of the issue he responded in minutes with a quote. Came by Friday morning and repaired the issue in minutes. Will use Raw Har for all my needs.

Paul's customer service and response was amazing. I called Paul with a new kitchen faucet in hand and wanting it to replace out a 10 year old one that was failing. I would have done it myself except there were no shutoff valves under the sink, so I figured I would have Paul put them in too while he was replacing the faucet. He did all this in 45 mins, and arrived on time to boot. I called two other plumbers (big names starting with A and B) along with Paul and neither of the other two would give me an estimate over the phone (Paul did and it was 100 percent accurate). Neither of the other two could get here before Paul did, in fact, one of them didn't even call me back to offer me a proposed time until after Paul had already come and done the job ! Oh and one final note one Paul's pricing (which very reasonable), I paid more for my faucet from Menards than I did to have Paul come out, install it and shutoff valves and the call fee. Worth every penny !

I will only be using Paul from here on out. He truly exemplifies the customer comes first philosophy.

I noticed the shower has been draining very slowly. Hoping the issue wouldn't become a major problem I called Backlund Plumbing and had them out the next day. The service tech (Mike) came out and was able to snake it out. He also did it in a timely manner but he spent time really cleaning the area up and making sure he left it as clean if not better then it was before he arrived. He was polite, courteous, professional, and would recommend them again!

Very nice guy, installed my water heater on a Saturday at normal weekday price. He was very polite and personable. I did originally set up the appointment for a pricing consult and he showed up and just rolled a water heater into my basement pre-pricing. (Kinda a guns blazing type of guy.) But the price was decent so I went ahead. He does offer referral rewards and he did fix a gas leak for free. I did have to ask repeatedly for my receipt but he did finally send it.

Justin and his guys were absolutely excellent. Replaced two toilets and fixed a leak in the shower drain. Super nice, did excellent work and cleaned up after they were done. Kept us informed of the progress as they worked. Would definitely recommend them.
