I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I dealt with the wonderful people at Southside Plumbing.
The tech in the office was so sympathetic to my needs and she sent a crew out to my home the same afternoon I called and the two techs that came out were polite, knowledgeable, made sure I knew what was going on and how to help possibly alleviate my problem in the future. Three of the best people I have dealt with in years. Being without water is not easy and I wish I had had their number 4 days earlier. Thank you for the excellent care you gave me and my mother in getting our water running again!

I was very happy that I was able to schedule service so quickly when my kitchen sink stopped draining while I had family staying at my house over the holidays. Max Sherman was extremely helpful in explaining options for repair and then fixed my garbage disposal leak and cleared the drains so I could have a functioning kitchen again. Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

They were just wonderful, we called for an emergency and they said it would be a bit because they were swamped (totally understandable) but they were out to our house much sooner than we thought they would be. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get our emergent need taken of right away. We would highly recommend these guys.

after trying every other low budget diy solution that I could think of, I called a local plumber, and he referred us to American Rooter Plumbing since he didnt have any time in his schedule. We had a clogged kitchen drain and were only looking to get it unclogged.When he came out to check the pipe, he was very straightforward about his troubleshooting and began to look at alot of the potential causes of the clog as well as doing an evaluation of our plumbing system. After all of the checks and assessments(all of which made perfect sense and he was able to justify without speaking down to my wife or I) he gave us 3 quotes, one being simply unclogging the drain, with the other two being the initial job+ further preventitive fixes. I understand that most people are just looking for a quick/cheap fix so that they can get on with their day, but these guys will give you the complete rundown of everthing that could be wrong with your plumbing so that you can make the best decision going forward. the only reason that I didnt rate 5 stars is because the method and assessments feel a bit forced and pushy...however, we are now armed with a more complete picture of what work to look out for and plan in our house because of it...kudos

We have had R Mechanical out three times, two of which were quite dire. They are so rapid in response and have such a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous team. Highly recommend!

Chris has reconfigured my indoor piping to address construction weaknesses, replaced both outdoor faucets so they operate smoothly, created shut off valve units for my pool plumbing to make pump maintenance super simple.
I’m so happy with Chris’ work, I’m going to have him install a water softener next. It’s such a relief to have confidence in a contractor.

Needed a new shutoff valve for my gas line in the kitchen. Dan and his crew showed up and took care of with with no problems. They were very responsive and did the job in a timely manner. They have very fair pricing. I will be calling them again!

They came out as soon as they could. Adrian came out multiple times and located my mystery plumbing problem. He was professional and kind. They handled ALL repairs and explained what exactly was wrong and what got fixed. I would give the whole team I spoke with a 10 star review if I could. Paul and his team did a nice job installing a gas line and gas cooktop. They were able to install the gas line on the exterior of the house which eliminated the need for drywall repair. We're very happy with their work.

Don't normally write reviews but my experience with John, Kennedy and Tom was fantastic. John answered his phone on the weekend and Kennedy got me scheduled quickly and efficiently on Monday. Tom came on time, fixed the problem and even helped me understand my plumbing configuration better, hopefully preventing future problems.
