We have been using Winfrey Plumbing for about 7 years now. They do great work and they are affordable which is hard to come by. I don't leave many reviews, but a business that provides service of this quality time and time again deserves to be recognized for the work they do.

Called Mark first thing in the morning and received a prompt response/call back. We discussed the issue and he gave me options as opposed to something else shady. He had his tech at my home within 30 minutes, with the parts, ready to install. After installation, the tech, Bill, gave me some nuggets on how to lengthen the life of the water heater with the new parts. I will be using Integrity in the future for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Integrity are the Professionals… 5 Stars!

I was having some issues with our plumbing and when Mike M came out to take a look, it was a simple fix. Mike is very knowledgeable, took care of our issue quickly & took the time to explain what the problem was & also offered suggestions so we wouldnt have the same issues again. The initial visit was fine. We had used this company in the past several times. Unfortunately, we have called them back 3 separate times since the first visit to follow up on a couple items they found which needed attention. We were told all 3 times, they were working on the bid/info and they would get back to us. Weeks passed. Guess what, never heard back EVER!! Moved on with someone else.
