Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldn't get a plumber to come out the same day--- that wasn't a problem and from the moment we called, Tonya assured us that Big Birge would be there. Dennis was available later in the day and even showed up early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed to help us fix our leaking pipe. Dennis also let me do a couple of things before shutting off water and had patience with my 7 year old looking on. We could tell that this was a family company that valued working with other local families.

Holland was on point. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would refer him to anyone who needs this type of service.

Matt came over at what I thought would have been considered after hours and provided professional service. He diagnosed our issue and gave a professional opinion of what steps we should take going forward.

Had a drain clog issue that was fixed within 2 hours of me calling them! I also had other plumbing related issues that my provider Dan Kelly pointed out. Very professional and detailed service. I would highly recommend him!

Floor drain was clogged. Called on Saturday, Aaron came to check out problem that evening. He was awesome. Friendly, professional and down to earth. Explained everything he did and was honest about issues. The clog was worse than planned at first. Had to come back on Monday to use more equipment to get unclogged. Had to break up concrete in garage floor to get to pipe that we were afraid was cracked and going to have to replace a lot of pipe. Ended up only needing to replaced a foot or so of pipe but found the problem in that piece of pipe. Somehow a squirrel got in there and was stuck. Could have been worse. Aaron and Bart were amazing and did a great job. They also made the long day not feel so stressful, which help me not be so stressed out too. I will definitely be calling them again when I have future issues, hopefully not too soon. 😉😁

Ken and his team know what they are doing. Your not hiring inexperienced tech's to come out and wonder what is the issue; they find it and fix it. On time and very professional.

I was having an issue with the water valve on my bathroom shower, and Josh with NxtGen Plumbing promptly came to fix the issue where other plumbing technicians could not. I was truly appreciative of his friendliness, professionalism, & service. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me what needed to be repaired.
