The folks at roter-rooter are phenomenal! A very nice lady came by to inspect the bathroom and diagnose the problem. She determined it was an emergency as there was sewage backing up in our shower drain. She also gave us advice on how to ensure that our drains were kept clear. Within an hour two professional gentleman by the names of Brandon and Jared showed up. They took care of the issue in a very timely manner. I appreciated their professionalism and speedy service. I also got a $75 coupon that I used toward purchasing a gallon of their drain degreaser! This was the worst plumbing issue I’ve ever seen! They are available 24/7, 356 days per year even on holidays!

We have had two experiences with Major Drain. While staying at my mother’s house on Mother’s Day we experienced a clogged drain. Major Drain answered the phone on Sunday and sent someone out within 45 min. He took care of the bad clog and also replaced some toilet parts. Very reasonable charge for this service. Two weeks later my mother who is 90 had her 3 yr. old water heater start to leak. She called Major Drain again. They came out to check that everything was safe that afternoon, then Roger returned the next day to check out the problem. We live in Colorado and Roger talked to my husband explaining the problem with her water heater and said he could get her money back on the old one since it was only 3 yrs old. He replaced that old one then took it to Home Depot and handled getting my mother a store credit. She is on a limited income so we were so grateful to him for doing this. THEN he drove the store credit receipt personally to my mother’s house. Roger went above and beyond and we are blown away. Thanks for helping an elderly lady. Major Drain is the best!!! Ask for Roger! He is an exceptional employee and human being!!!

I heartily DO NOT recommend Two Men and a Snake if you need a plumber.

The guy who came out first was not only inept, but he didn't tell me what things he didn't actually finish until he was waiting for me to pay and I probed to find out what stuff he had completed. Then he just made a bunch of excuses for why the things couldn't be done, though he had made no effort to explain these things at any point before he had run out the clock for two hours at his hourly rate. He also wore his mask under his nose until I glared at him and he fixed it. He also left water running in a disconnected line under my sink and left for an hour long 20 minutes while the kitchen flooded and water seeped into the ceiling downstairs.

Then when the manager came out to fix the things the first guy flubbed, he held his flashlight in his uncovered mouth, then touched the flashlight, then touched things in my home. I wiped everything down that he touched and aired out the house with open windows and a fan on exhaust, but I feel violated and unsafe and I will never use this disservice again.

Travis did a drain inspection and was great. He answered all my questions. He had no problem, even welcomed me, when I asked to watch when he sent the camera through the mainline..

I can't speak to their service, as I've never used them. But the driver of their van, license plate: VVS 325, is a terrible driver. On Wednesday, 02/26/20 at about 1:10pm, turning off 30th to get onto the 680, he cut me off so fast, I had to slam on the breaks to keep from hitting him. I was in the left turning lane, he was not. Speeding to get ahead of a few cars, so you can cut someone off about to turn left, is very unsafe driving.

I called Monte at 8:00am and he was at my house by 9:30am. He was punctual, professional and affordable. Would highly recommend.
