Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

We woke up last Saturday morning to find our front yard leaking. Actually, our water service line was leaking and needed repair. OCB Plumbing was able to get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Kenny kept us informed throughout the entire process - including when repair turned into replacement (darn this old house). The guys who performed the work were wonderful and worked their butts off into the evening to ensure that our water was back on before they left. They were respectful in coming in and out of the house to access the basement. Pricing was fair and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I appreciate and am satisfied with the service I received from Affordable Plumbing Maintenance. Bill came when he said he would, did the repair and replacement work I requested, and provided insight to the causes and potential problems. I will use and recommend Affordable Plumbing in the future.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. Bill did a great job in his analysis of the installation of a new faucet on our old 1900’s kitchen sink with drain board. He was very patient in figuring out the problem and his perseverance made for a beautiful appearance as well as functionality of our old porcelain cast iron sink. They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful
