Best Faucets Replace in Omaha NE

The price was very good compared to other companies in the area that I had bid the project. Southside Plumbing replaced a lead service line for me from the street into my home. I was pleased with the promptness that they demonstrated in getting this done and everything works as expected. The only thing I am not very impressed with is they made a pretty big mess in my basement (unfinished but clean prior to the job). I was on vacation when they did the job so I wasn't able to see it until I got home. I've attached some photos.

Other than the mess, I would use Southside again and recommend getting a bid from them if you are disappointed in some other bids you are getting!

Wow a Sunday call for 5 minutes. A leaky pipe above water heater. 320$. Seems pricey

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience with a company I have had. I spent $350 to have them fix a drain backup only to be given a 5 day warranty and told a master plumber with a camera would contact me. 3 weeks go by and no contact by a master plumber and the issue returned. After contacting them again for someone with a camera, they send 2 more people without a camera. After waiting 2 more days with someone with a camera I was fed up and went with a different plumber since they kept delaying the appointment. Enjoy your free $350.

Great service experience twice and they have been very helpful and courteous. Worked around our schedule with naps for our two young boys and explained everything that they were doing. Would recommend to anyone!!

Quality work, quickly accomplished, and priced reasonably. Probably the best communication of any contractor in Omaha and wasn't charged for a quote. All around 5 star company.

Chris has reconfigured my indoor piping to address construction weaknesses, replaced both outdoor faucets so they operate smoothly, created shut off valve units for my pool plumbing to make pump maintenance super simple.

We have used this company several times. Always prompt and professional. Our water heater broke and it couldn't be fixed. We were able to only pay half of what a new one cost. So we were able to make payments over a 6 month period. I am very grateful for this. $2400 is alot of money to have to come up with. So thank you again for helping us out!!!😊

Tech was nice, responded fast. Business was 5xs more expensive then competitors. Trust me, just call the other guy. A quick drain snake cost me $500 plus tax. Ridiculous.
