I have been a customer of Perfect Plumbing for many years. Over the years, they have installed a tank-less gas water heater, water softener, new toilets, a new water meter, and corrected the original plumbing so that it no longer juts out into the utility room. Everything they have done has worked flawlessly over the years.

Today I had them replace the garage hose bib (an outdoor faucet). They were able to do that in 15 minutes at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this business. They are the only plumbing firm I will ever use!

I was having some issues with our plumbing and when Mike M came out to take a look, it was a simple fix. Mike is very knowledgeable, took care of our issue quickly & took the time to explain what the problem was & also offered suggestions so we wouldnt have the same issues again. I would highly recommend Aksarben/ARS. I got an appointment quickly, had my issue handled in a prompt manner and without a huge cost involved. Mike M is the best!

Appointment time was 8 to 10, he called right before 8 to say he was on his way. He was very thorough, and explained things very well. He didnt try to push anything that was not needed. Cleaned up after himself, I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend!
