They got a tech to my house the same day I called. When Ray showed up I was surprised by how fast the portly older fellow worked. He repaired our upstairs bathroom issue quickly and does fantastic work (no issues since, and others had tried). Ray deserves a raise and we will request him next time.

Anthony came over to my house to fix a clogged drain and to repair a leak behind my dishwasher. I had called another plumbing company the week before and they told me they would have to send 2 guys over and just about charge me double the amount. Anthony did both jobs all by himself with no problems, and charged less. He answered all my questions and his work was not messy. Anthony did all of the work in 2 hours and 15 minutes. That other plumbing company said it would take them 4 hours to do the work.( WOW). When I have another plumbing problem I will call on A& A Plumbing to do the job. LARRY ( 9-28-2019)

The guy who came today to fix my issue, Mitch, was very polite and respectful and professional. I’m thankful that they were able to get someone dispatched to me ahead of the weekend, so that I had water running in my house for the weekend. I would recommend both Roto-Rooter and wouldn’t mind working with Mitch again, should the need ever arise.Thank you!

Perhaps they should avoid making rude comments about other people in public when driving a company vehicle. Doesn’t look good for business.

Highly recommend Zach and Durham Plumbing. Had a leaky garbage disposal, he was able to make it same day, just a few hours after I called, and swap it out quickly. Will certainly use again in the future!
