Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Called them on a Friday afternoon/early evening because our main drain backed up while I was doing laundry. Two guys came within a few hours and they were extremely friendly and professional. We all thought the problem was fixed and they left. About an hour later we realized that it wasn't fixed and was leaking again. Gave them a call again and about an hour later two other guys showed up. They were also extremely friendly and professional. They fixed our problem and everything seems to be working fine now. Even with emergency rates they were incredibly affordable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They put our washer back and hooked it up and even cleaned the carpet on our basement steps. We will definitely recommend them from now on and if ever needed we will always call them first.

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. Bill and Scott treated me like family and saved me Thousands of dollars by snaking my main drain instead of tearing up my drive way . I was scared because of the magnitude of the situation but Scott calmed me down and walk me through the situation .
