Eric and all the professionals at Eyman have been excellent as have the office staff who do scheduling and handle messages and internet communication. We feel so lucky to have been advised to contact Eyman when we moved to Omaha one year ago - best recommendation ever. Once we met Eric / we knew that whatever the problem - he would solve it in a thorough manner all the while being an excellent “advertisement” for Eyman. We trust him implicitly.

WAY OVERPRICED. Used my material and still charged me $400. They had a broken tool and charged me miles plus their hourly rate.

Paul and Wes, the supervisor and technician, were very professional. I received a call from the company saying they could come earlier than expected. They got to the job an hour early. Quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me their quote and got to work. Double checked that the clog had been totally cleared. They were personable and stayed masked at all times.

Rotor Rooter was called because the company called in previously did not do a thorough job.

I highly recommend this company, and especially these particular employees.

I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

Service tech (Scott) was at my house within 45 minutes of my call. Had my drains unclogged in 20 minutes and left his work area spic and span. Very professional, I would recommend Roto Rooter to all.

Quick and easy! Our hot water heater went out over the Labor Day weekend. After 3 days of cold showers we were anxious to get the tank replaced asap. I called Tuesday morning at 8:00. The Aksarben representative was here by 10:30, and my new hot water tank was completely installed by 2:30. All representatives of the company were pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable of the product. Great experience with a wonderful product. Highly recommend!

Perhaps they should avoid making rude comments about other people in public when driving a company vehicle. Doesn’t look good for business.

Moved into a house last November & our 2nd night there we found out we have numerous gas leaks in our basement. Called Josh & he came right away to fix the issue plus a few other small things he noticed in the house!

They came out on a Saturday, were in great spirits, and helped us in a timely manner. The two men that were here were sweethearts and would definitely would recommend.

Our pipes froze and then burst over Christmas weekend. With New Year’s Eve fast approaching we didn’t think we would have water for another week. Fernando was able to get to our home and repair several pipes quickly. We still have water damage to fix but Fernando at 402 Plumbing Service got the most important pice fixed.
