Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

We've had them out about 3 different times for 3 different problems. They were prompt and even took care of an unexpected challenge after we remodeled our kitchen. The extra work was priced fairly and the work was done very professionally.

We have used Micro Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for 15 years. Technicians are prompt and efficient. Have never had to call them back to fix something that wasn't fixed right the first time; unfortunately, before Mike and his crew, happened many times.

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

Jeff Mumm and his crew always do a superlative job. They are responsive always and especially in emergency situations. We cannot say enough good things about them.

The hot water handle of both bathtubs either leaked or didnt work at all..

Two other conpanies had offered estimates for three times as much...saying the entire hot/cold set had to be replaced .and must
Break through the wall.

Ray was able to fix the situation by replacing only the valve stem that leaked...in each tub.
. .no demolition needed and one third the cost.

The Rotor Rooter repair man (Francisco ), was very professional, polite and responsive to restoring the toilet to working properly. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and assessed the problem and finished the job with no mess.

We have been using Winfrey Plumbing for about 7 years now. They do great work and they are affordable which is hard to come by. I don't leave many reviews, but a business that provides service of this quality time and time again deserves to be recognized for the work they do.

Best plumbers in town hands down. Very professional and caring guys. I have seen them digging a hole 8 ft deep in the middle of the night to restore water service for a retirement home full of old folks that needed that service badly. Big Birge responded to save the day!.

My toilet was not flushing properly. Roto rooter inspected and found a broken pipe below the toilet under the concrete basement floor. They replaced the broken sewer pipe and repaired the concrete. They explained the process for each step and showed me through a camera of the pipe. All workers were courteous and knowledgeable of their work.

Amazing service. Amazing people. Amazing knowledge. Amazing response time. Amazing price. Amazing clean up. Amazing business. Highly recommend.

Have been trying to get gas lines run for 6 months. First appointment was a no-show. 2nd appointment was late. 3rd appointment, when they were supposed to run the lines, they said there was a problem and couldn't do it. I finally called around and was told by the city, there is no problem. Waited 4 weeks, thinking I would hear from them and nothing. I call and they want me to start all over, with the let's see what is needed appointment again. We had already done that. That was going to take 4 weeks to get done again! I've spent too much time with this company. They were recommended to me by a friend.

When I called and told him what my problem was he knew exactly what the problem was. He gave me a time he would show up and was on time. He fixed my problem and everything is working great.

Outstanding company! Hired purely based on reviews and they definitely lived up to their Five Star Rating! Corey came by and was completely professional, honest with his work and charged us very fairly for what was done. Even came back the next day to finish up something on the exterior that would ensure our pipes would not be vulnerable to wind damage again. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs, and they were able to quote us accurately based solely on pictures we sent in of damage. I will call them again for our future plumbing needs.
