Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldn't get a plumber to come out the same day--- that wasn't a problem and from the moment we called, Tonya assured us that Big Birge would be there. Dennis was available later in the day and even showed up early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed to help us fix our leaking pipe. Dennis also let me do a couple of things before shutting off water and had patience with my 7 year old looking on. We could tell that this was a family company that valued working with other local families.

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. Never fun to have to call a plumber, but if I need to again for anything else, it will be them! Thank you

A & A Plumbing showed up on time, was able to fix my problem within hours of calling them, and charged 1/4 of the price!

My experience started off by calling the wrong company: B*rtan. They would not give me a price quote over the phone, and 3hrs late someone showed up at 8pm. Without even trying to fix my problem, they gave me a quote of either $500 or $1000 if they had to get on the roof.

A & A on the other hand- Gave me a quote of $250 over the phone after explaining my problem, got to my house at the time they told me, and who I talked to on the phone -was the person that showed up- I didn't get handed off through two different dispatchers.

I would hightly recommend A & A Plumbing!

Perhaps they should avoid making rude comments about other people in public when driving a company vehicle. Doesn’t look good for business.

A Raymond Plumbing came out last Thursday to diagnose and give me a bid on a leak originating from the bathtub in my main bathroom. Ken told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the waste and overflow valve on my tub through an exposed ceiling in my basement. A different guy shows up on Monday to do the work and after less than 20 minutes of being there the guy tells me he doesn't have the right parts to do the job so he leaves and he's gone for over an hour. He comes back does less than 45 minutes of work then presents me for a bill for 2.5 hours labor (because I have to pay for him to not only go back to the shop and get the parts he needs on a job they bid before coming to do but also for him to go shopping and buy a saw blade that cuts metal pipe which they can now use for other customers). From where I stand I think he should have had the appropriate parts and tools to do the job since they bid it beforehand and shouldn't they already have a saw blade that cuts metal pipes because I can't be the only house in town with
metal pipes. To pass that cost off onto me was not fair as they now have a tool that they can now use for other jobs. Then to bill me 2.5 hours labor when I checked my camera system on my house and his big truck sat in my driveway for less than 1.5 hours total was another way to inflate the total cost of the bill. I have since talked to 2 other plumbers and they both agree with me on the fact that they should have came with what they needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the time they spent shopping and for a tool they can now use on future projects. I really feel taken for a ride and I will not be using A Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.

Called to have my main drain cleared out. Fernando was responsive in communication and did a good job, great guy, was personable and gave me preventative advice and advice on another issue I was having. Will

The technician was on time. He was very polite & professional. He fixed the problem quickly. I paid the after hours fee & still thought the price was very reasonable.

J P Plumbing was recommended to me by two different friends so I knew they had to be good. I called them up and Joe was very friendly and provided me with a rough estimate right over the phone. The next day Corey came to our house and busted out the skills! He did excellent work and even offered to help me move a dresser out of my house. That is going above and beyond! These guys are very professional, do exceptional work and even their prices were very affordable. I will definitely use J P in the future and can't recommend them enough. If you call them up you won't be disappointed.
