Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Called OCB plumbing for my mom after she had a drain backup. At first she called roto-rooter and they quoted her an astronomical amount to tear up her floor ans replace a check valve. OCB came out promptly and reviewed the job. For the same problem they were able to do the job for a fraction of the cost that roto-rooter was going to charge. Every person I spoke to was professional and courteous, they were always punctual and communicated with me during every step. Highly recommend!!

Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

Overflow floor drain in basement on thanksgiving morning and hosting the whole family in afternoon… Jared came to the rescue within 2 hours of calling, the flooded basement was drained and water was back running in the house within an hour!

Cameron Wagner came out the exact time that was quoted, he was friendly , knowledgeable, respectful, professional and explained and repaired the problem expertly. They did exactly what they said and were responsive and reasonable priced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

Thomas & Britney @ Roto Rooter did a great job today. They were confronted by a small lake in my driveway and worked really hard to figure out and then fix the unusual problem. Glad we crossed paths today. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, Thomas is a super kind and patient person.

Scott was very responsive to our call, was able to arrive early in the morning so I didn't need to be late for work, and was able to clear the blockage in our drain quickly and easily. We were expecting much more costly work to redo some plumbing. We will be using Equisure again, next time we need a plumber!

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

Highly recommend Zach and Durham Plumbing. Had a leaky garbage disposal, he was able to make it same day, just a few hours after I called, and swap it out quickly. Will certainly use again in the future!

Tub faucet wouldn’t turn off at 8:45 PM. We had to shut off our water. Called Roto Rooter and the wait was 3 days long. Well, we can’t go without water for 3 days. Tried at least 2 other large well established companies that had 24 hour services. No one could come that night. Kept searching google and decided to try 402 Plumbing Services even if they closed at 9:30 PM. Fernando answered right away and came to our place in under an hour. He was nice and very professional. Fixed our faucet so we could have running water then came back the next day to finish the job (he needed some parts) Very reasonably priced. Really appreciate him coming out knowing that the job would take him past the usual business hours. Highly recommend this business!

Got the job done efficiently, but expensive.

Major Drain cleared the clog in my main drain which was about 80 ft out from the main stack. They were propmt, professional and left no mess. Also one of the best prices I could find. Definitely my 'goto' for drains.

Thomas did an amazing job. We are most grateful for his assistance with our bathroom. Spendy, but very nice and courtesies.,
