Best Water Filtration in Nashville TN

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

I have never been treated with such disrespect. They were easy on start to work with, completely gutted my master bathroom left hugh hole covering must bathroom floor for almost 3 weeks. They had there money from loan we had to get but we after 3 months without bathroom still.And still waiting on statement on break down of cost. We had buy new shower which they ripped out and said would be covered by loan. Same for vanity. It took me saying i was calling better business bureau and lawyer to get them out here.Finally 3 months to the day they gutted bathroon they said it was done. New Vanity is in. New shower is in, but very poor work. Walls dont meet to other walls, or to floor of shower. Very unprofessional job. I still plan on calling better business bureau. Even our insurance agent cant get them to give breakdown of cost. We never received a bill. But we are paying on a loan they sent total cost to loan.

Best company I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Called this morning told them problem I was having with my water heater. They came out same day, replaced water heater and vent system and were finished within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

The best part of working with Shiver was that he answered the phone before business hours on a Monday at 7am and was at our residence within an hour. Unfortunately, we have nothing but negative things to say about him/service.

Upon arrival to a clinical facility that had severe water damage that had infiltrated electrical outlets and other wiring where it was a health and fire hazard (with 1/2 inch to 1 inch of standing water in 75% of the building), the first thing Shiver said was okay let's turn all breakers back on in order to turn on all the lights. Mind you we had intentionally turned off all breakers upon arrival to the facility 1 hour prior to his arrival in order to save ourselves from being electrocuted and/or damaging thousands of dollars in medical equipment. He completely disregards this massive and costly risk when he could've (and should've) worn a simple $10 head lamp to ensure safety first. Moron! Incrementally turning on the breakers by area would've been fine if done after checking to make sure the area was safe from water... sadly this never happened. We are lucky an employee was not electrocuted.

I then explained that the main water valve had been turned off and also talked Shiver through the site of the actual issue and showed him exactly what needed to be done to remedy (essentially trouble-shot the issue for him). There was a simple tear in a soft water filtration tube, and I requested that he simply replace the tubing with a hard connector/valve to prevent the tube from folding over again. Instead, he proceeds to replace the valve to where we can no longer use the sink filter, which is the whole point of the connector in the first place. Now I'll have to hire another plumber to actually fix the original problem to where we can use the water filter under our sink.

The final straw was when he handed me the service invoice -- $150. While the service call fee of $50 is reasonable and customary (very low by industry standards, actually), he charged us $100 to swap out the metal valve connector (from a T to a straight joint) that was completed in less than 10 minutes. Our issue with his invoice is that he charged $150 for a service that didn't even solve the issue at hand!!! He simply took the path of least resistance and was looking to make some fast cash, preying on an office full of all young female professionals who did not know any better. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The moment that I raised my concern to his attention, he got very angry and testy with me and said I was in the wrong and he fixed our problem, which is the exact thing that the other negative reviews on here say about him. Sad lesson learned.... while prompt and responsive via phone, my best advice is to find another plumber. It sounds like multiple others have had the exact same issue. I'm hoping that he learns from this unfortunate incident and becomes a better service professional as a result.

These guys were awesome! Super responsive and communicative. Felt like they were honest with their work and resolved the issues very quickly. They even did a great job cleaning up the areas that got messy, so highly appreciate their time and assistance!

After a week delay due to your having to reschedule. Brandon showed up on time and went right to work. He helped me figure out a filter size problem and even helped me find it on Amazon. He found a continuous problem with my install and helped me schedule a repair. He was very polite and professional.

I was really pleased with my most recent experience. I had a lingering intermittent issue related to an HVAC installation from a few years ago that no one had successfully solved. I called Pioneer at 2pm. By 3:38, I received a text telling me that Randy H. was on his way (they included his photo). I recreated the issue so he could hear what I was hearing. By 4:09 he identified and solved the problem. It wasn’t complicated but the solution had evaded several technicians for years. Pioneer, please by Randy lunch, and I don’t mean a fast food meal. How about top notch steakhouse meal?

Matt Simmonds was excellent. We had an emergency repair needed and he made it in the pouring rain. Even went to great lengths to get the parts necessary,,,which were not locally available. I was very impressed with the service and repair. You dont see this kind of customer service much anymore. Just plenty of excuses. Not here!
