wanted to replaced a bathtub with a jet tub, came did an estimate, did the service within a week. Tub had a leak not their fault I bought the tub , got the leak fixed, they came back finished the tub. Quality work the guys were awesome, could not ask for better service. If I ever need a plumber again they will be the ones I call. Thank you Covert, Wes and the Guys, and Mom.

No call, no show. Twice. I know everyone in the construction / repair industry in Nashville has enough work right now to last until 2018, but a call would still be nice.

We are new to the area. I called Mid 10 because of all the 5 star reviews and they certainly lived up to their reputation. We didn't have an urgent situation but Juan called one of his guys who was in our area and Justin arrived at our house within an hour! He was friendly, professional and did a great job!

Austin was great. He thoroughly analyzed our system and addressed its problems. He ordered two motors that were not currently in production but tracked them down and had them shipped. Could not have been nicer or more efficient.
