Best Unit Replacement in Nashville TN

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

I called on Memorial Day and Jason came within an hour. It took 10 minutes to fix. Since it was a holiday I was worried it would take awhile to get someone here. This is the first time I’ve used Bellevue 1st. I definitely recommend this business and I’ll use them again.

Brand new thermostat was faulty, took a week before I could get anyone to come out to fix it. Multiple calls every day to find out they forgot to put us on the schedule. Won't ever call me back even though they promise to do it this time. Been waiting days to get ahold of a supervisor/manager but I'm not holding my breath.

Each time I use services of Lee Company, they respond quickly to my request. Then, they come in promised time frame. Staff are courteous, conscientious and professional. Shawn got the jobs done more quickly than I thought it would be. If I have to have a plumber, Lee Company is my go to choice.

Mr. Weeks was very professional and thorough. We had attempted to diy the repair, but we missed something. He listened to our steps and reviewed our areas of concern. He was able to guickly spot and correct them. We are very pleased with his work and with the company in general. They are now our go to for all things hvac.

He was on time, professional, identified the problem with ease and corrected the problem quickly. This a a company that is to big and doing to many things. Used them several years to service my AC unit. They told me they would at my house between 8-10, when I called they told me they no longer had the time they set up available. Rescheduled for between 12-2, the technician did now show up until 3:30. I was greeted with and Oh there you are, Like he had been waiting on me all day. I had to initiate all contact with the company. Each time speaking to a different person for multiple phone calls.

Our HVAC system died on Thursday and the Air Trust HVAC came out first thing Friday morning to troubleshoot and first thing Saturday morning to install a new system. So quick, so timely, and true professionals. Also, local to the Donelson area. Thanks again - highly recommend!

After dealing with several other companies, it was an absolute pleasure having Bob C. from Roscoe Brown install our new tankless water heater. Company was great with scheduling, provided clear and detailed estimates, and completed the work quickly and courteously. Definitely would use their services again!

Absolutely was in a crunch on a rental home and the guys at Doctor Drips stepped right up and replaced the entire Water heater less than 4 hours after I initially called them. They were easy to work with and I highly recommend them!
