I called Roto-Rooter at 6pm because an outside faucet had burst and we were completely without water in our home. The technician told me that he was on another call that would take a while but promised he would get to me as soon as he could, though it might be late. I told him that was fine, just to call when he was on his way. at 9pm he called again to say that he received another emergency call and asked if he could please reschedule my service for 8am the following morning. I felt bad for him and agreed. The next morning at 7:55am, he called to say that he had been out all night and was too tired to make the call but had asked that another technician be sent out. I called the Roto-Rooter number to confirm that story, and they told me that all technicians were already on their first calls and wouldn't be able to get to me until 11am-1pm at the earliest. All in all, I was lied to and passed along to multiple people, none of whom were in any way helpful or even polite. Basically, if the technician assigned to you decides he doesn't feel like making the call, he can just cancel and you're left with no alternative. Would never recommend this company and would give 0 stars if possible.

Coldest Nashville night in 25 years and no heat! Thank goodness for Nathan Copeland! He was at our home in an hour…provided a temporary fix and came back to finish the job while we vacationed with extended out of state family! Updates from Nathan’s sister Erica - so persistent while we dealt with spotty cell service. So grateful for proud family owned businesses.

Called them on a Sunday for a badly clogged pipe. The plumber showed up within a hour and crawled under the house real quick and then told us we had a major problem because our drain pipe whick was pvc drained into a galvanized pipe and then a cast iron pipe and he couldn't power flush it because it would probably bust the pipe and then said we had to replace the entire pipe system for $1900. We told him we would check with the landlord to see what he thought. He told us that he would email me a copy of the repair quote and also the receipt for the $85 service call, which we received neither. We called the landlord and he had someone else come out and look at it and they said there was no galvanized pipes in the drain and he replaced a 20 foot section of pvc pipe and fixed the problem for $500. I feel this person the company sent out was only concerned about overcharging us for something we didn't need because we didn't know what we were dealing with. We will never reccomend this company.

Had a great experience - Weylin is the man! I needed a thermal expansion tank installed and not only did he help me verify the problem, he agreed to come over and do the work after I got home - at 6pm! He showed up early and got right to it. About 40 minutes later he was done and my problem was solved. Great guy - fast and efficient. If you live in Bellevue, this is your guy.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

I just had Covert Plumbing come out and work on a leaky shower and couldn't be more pleased with their service! I called this morning and Connie had someone out to my house by 12pm. I called several plumbing companies to deal with a leak in a bathroom. No company could give me an immediate appointment. I asked each for pricing information. I had used Morton for routine maintenance before and was predisposed to using them again, and they could come out a day before another I called. I was told of their $49 fee for showing up and was told that would be part of the total price, should they do the work. I asked Karen for the hourly rate and she told me they do work by the job, not by the hour, and the guys would tell me once they assessed the situation. I was upset when the two guys got there and told me the problem was that the toilet washers were worn out and that it would cost $200 to replace them! I know a bit about plumbing and think this is an outrageous amount simply to remove the toilet tank, replace the washers and put the tank back on. And it certainly did not require two men. The job was completed well inside an hour. The hourly rate of the other plumbing company was only $150. Because Karen did not tell me their hourly rate, nor their minimum charge ($200), I ended up paying more to Morton than I would have if I had gone with the other plumbing company! They did reduce the $200 to $175, which I appreciate, but it was still more than I would have paid. Mostly, I am upset at their withholding of information that would have allowed me to make a better decision.

Alex has always been readily available to fix any plumbing issues I have had. He is knowledgeable and works fast.

Jeremy was extremely professional and also just very informative and helpful. As a new homeowner I found it very helpful some of the information that he provided me about the installation as well as some of the appliances that I have in my home. In addition to evaluating the problems with my garbage disposal he was also able to give multiple suggestions as to how to proceed. They were very timely in obtaining the parts needed to install a new garbage disposal and they were able to install it very quickly. At the end of the installation they also asked if I had any other plumbing issues that I needed to have investigated while they were present. Going the extra mile in every sense. I would recommend the service and I will certainly be calling them again should I have any plumbing issues.

I had one of those mornings when you step into the shower and there is no hot water. Not a fun way to wake up! I contacted the team at Choice Water Heaters and they responded immediately by checking first, to see if the issue could be fixed but the water heater was 15+ years old so I ended up needing a new one. They had the new hot water heater installed within hours. My experience was great!
