Dispatch was great and very helpful. Tech came bc sump pump wasn’t functioning and water was all over basement. He reported after being on site a few minutes that sump pump was backed up with “garbage” and he had to clean. I offered him a trash bag and he accepted.He came back 10 minutes later with a trash bag about 1/3 full leaking with every step he took. Would be nice if in this type of job, tech would have their own leak proof container. Hiller charged $229 for 15-20 minutes of non skilled clean up. It was a Sunday so I knew it would be high, but that seems not commensurate with work performed.

Really appreciate this company. They are quite efficient at their trade, friendly and respectful. It's difficult to find people in this field of practice that are know what they are doing and respectful to home owners.
