Called the office late afternoon but the office was closed but the voicemail leaves the owners number. He answered immediately super nice guy and told me a plumber would be out within an hour. He was here in 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and clean cut and I can't remember his name but I wish I could. Fixed the problem quickly for a beyond fair price. A local Madison company we all need to support.

Bought a new house and the pipes in the crawlspace started leaking almost immediately. Problems left unreported by the previous owner. We called Michael's and his team had the problem diagnosed in half a day (including an emergency Metro Water survey!!!) and came back out two days later and fixed the problem. Since moving to our Nashville house we've had a few bad experiences with plumbers not doing jobs correctly. Plumbing Solutions came in and corrected all of them. I like that it's a family run business. Whenever I call, they are able to come that day. They show up on time, get straight to it and have our issue resolved quickly. They are by no means the cheapest, but if you want it done right, give them a call.
