I've had my fill of cheaper priced contractors who don't do the job right. It costs me less in the long run to hire someone who does the job correctly and uses top-quality parts!

Coldest Nashville night in 25 years and no heat! Thank goodness for Nathan Copeland! He was at our home in an hour…provided a temporary fix and came back to finish the job while we vacationed with extended out of state family! Updates from Nathan’s sister Erica - so persistent while we dealt with spotty cell service. So grateful for proud family owned businesses.

Be careful........ get other quotes if you have time. They had me over a barrel the day before Fourth of July weekend and took full advantage gouging me for $585. for a pressure reducing valve, thermal expansion tank, and fix a leaky pipe….took about 2.5 hours (including trip to Home Depot). After the holiday I received quotes for $300-$400. Requested Robert call me several times to discuss.....many weeks later and no return call. My bad for trusting someone to be fair when they know they have you. Gave them two stars because the job was done correctly.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Our 800 foot water line was broken - losing copious amounts of water. Morton’s was at my house within an hour to assess the situation. We did need the escavator which was not available until the next day. They arrived first thing in the morning and stuck with a difficult job until it was repaired. Each employee I met was very kind and helpful. I talked with the dispatcher and owner several times, and they were always professional and courteous. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I had a huge water leak of 29K gallons in 3 weeks that was getting worse and called a plumber since I didn’t know where the leak was outside with no visible water or pooling. The plumber was able to find the leak was somewhere underground and recommended I call Leak Detection of Tennessee and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Regan, understood the urgency and was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning (Saturday!) and even explained his pricing to me upfront so that I understood the costs prior to his arrival which is amazing when you’re already stressed out in a situation like this. He arrived on time, super professional, knowledgeable, and was very thorough in explaining to me what he was going to be doing, what he was looking for, and how he would be using his equipment looking for it. He worked efficiently in not only locating the leak, but showed me the path of where my water line was in the ground (surprisingly not straight and bent in one area) and that there were not additional leaks. He recommended I video where he had marked my water line with orange spray paint for future reference and used blue spray paint to mark the area with a square where the water leak was. The plumber arrived 10 minutes after Regan left and dug exactly where the area had been painted blue. Bingo!! The water line attachment had broken and was spraying exactly where it had been marked. In times of high stress, an owner like Regan who was able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday was such a blessing to my family. I would recommend this company with an owner that obviously takes pride in his business to anyone who has an underground leak. 24 hours without water stinks, but thanks to Leak Detection of Tennessee it wasn’t worse!
