I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

I am giving Morton Plumbing two stars because we have used them in the past for minor plumbing repairs and they did an ok job. This time was for the HVAC. They did show up on time but this is all they did right. The technician did not get back to me about the issues, did unauthorized repairs to our system, we were sent a bill for $465.78 for repairs we never asked for, and the system stopped working less than 2 weeks later. When I called again they scheduled an appointment for the following day, I waited for 4 hours and never received a call as I was told I would. I got a call this morning at 6:40 am to tell me they were onsite yesterday and to offer more repairs. Both Karen and Mr Morton refused to take any responsibility for the whole situation, talked over me, raised their voices when I tried to address the issues, and in the end Mr. Morton made a statement he was sorry we couldn't make you happy and threatened that they won't provide us further services if we get a second opinion. Mr Morton, since you didn't give me the chance to share my feedback with you on the phone this morning, I am writing it here. My expectation of you is not to make me happy. I expect a service that is professional and reliable. Ask people whether they want certain repairs prior to doing them, be transparent with your billing practices, take responsibility for your actions, and for your employees' actions, call during regular business hours, and speak politely to your customers.It's that simple.

Edit: I did receive a call and was adjusted on the charges. The total was $300 after a discount for two services was supposed to be applied. Still expensive but closer to what I expected to pay.DO NOT CALL FOR INSTALLS!! The technicians are great and helpful. However, the company policy is shady. We scheduled to have a dishwasher installed. Most retail stores charge around $120-$150. Calling Hiller it would be a $69 charge to have them come out in order to quote the job. When finished, the total cost was $403 with a haul away and apparently with a garbage disposal. The fact that they charge more than twice the cost of store installs is ridiculous. The only response they gave was that the initial service call fee is waved since they did service. Shady practice.

Spent 2-3 hours diagnosing the problem. Found out the people who put our Trane unit had 2 wires switched which had kicked off our breaker on out upstairs unit (2 years ago). My thermostat made it appear it was working due to the batteries in it. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all our questions and showed me where the wires were wrong and even sent me pictures to my phone. He also gave me pictures of it after he fixed it.

Outstanding company in every respect. Identified a slow leak in our 15 year old HVAC system, topped off the refrigerant, and cut our electric bill by 30%. Their annual maintenance plan is excellent. All 3 techs that we've interacted with have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Happy to share information. On time. Efficient. Reasonable pricing for the services rendered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I discovered a small leak in my basement. The dispatcher explained to me they were booked up and couldn't get a plumber out for almost week, but they could put me on standby for an appointment. the next day called back to tell me a technician was on their way. Adam Buford arrived that afternoon and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem. Adam was professional, quick, thorough and answered all my questions and even took the broken pipe to do a test on it at home to see if I might find out why the crack happened. Thanks Frog for being there for me again.

Josh Nollner was great to work with in planning and quoting installation of a Mitsubishi mini-split system for our sun room. Installation crew members Nate and Zack were right on time as scheduled and were wonderful in working out any concerns we had. Job completed efficiently and we are pleased with the work. And they broom cleaned up their work areas! Definitely would recommend this team!

Great to work with and much better pricing than some of the bigger companies in the area

During a Nashville Summer heatwave, my 18 year old HVAC unit bit the dust. I called Mark Nichols with Air Trust HVAC. He returned my call within the hour, came out about an hour later to give me a quote. His crew came out that same day. In under 2 hours I had a new unit. The old unit was hauled away and everything was cleaned up beautifully. It was like they had never been here except for the wonderful cold air coming from my vents!
If you are on the fence about who to hire, look no further. Mark is honest, reliable and stands behind his work. As a side note, Mark gives back significantly within our community for those less fortunate. A very rare quality in this day and age. I highly recommend Air Trust. You won’t be disappointed.

Did good work, but missed appointment time THREE times. Didn't have the right equipment, even though they came out the day before to estimate the job and had to spend 1 1/2 hours going to get a part. They are also a little pricey. The job was done well, but expect to spend the entire day waiting on them.
