Brad Robbins (tech) was efficient and was very thorough. He was able to find an outside pipe access that three other plumbing companies had not been able to find before to unclog a blockage that no one could get to. He was very courteous and was upfront with what he may need to do and what the prospective costs would be for each. So happy with today's service. Thanks Brad!!!

Matt was on time and worked through several issues that arose. I needed a microwave removed and a new plug installed for a modern unit. He was FANTASTIC. I have used Lee Company several times and it has always been a great experience.

The storms that came through ripped our elec wiring off our house. Frank Allen came out, took great care of us and made sure we were agree, as well. He was courteous, friendly and very helpful! He talked us through what he had to do to repair the wiring before the elec co could safely reattach lines back to our house, safely. We are very grateful!

I trusted the reviews but that was a mistake. Only use this company if you want your house slandered, to be horrendously overcharged, and have to clean water out of your basement. I reached out at around 3pm on a Friday and did not receive a response until almost 7pm Monday. That should have been the first red flag. Tech scheduled for Tuesday morning at 10. Someone provided access for the tech who I found out later was only there for around 15 minutes. Tech replaced the thermostat (about $25) and the fan controller board (about $35) and they charged me $475. After sending the payment I became curious why this visit was almost same amount as the previous visit ($480) which was supposedly a more complicated and expensive issue. Upon asking I was berated instead of simply receiving an explanation. Also, apparently his trained tech was absent on breaker flipping day because he forgot to turn the condensate pump back on which resulted in water pooled in the basement.

Great company. They came out, assessed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed it--all in less than a week's time. Thank you Ashlee for fixing the leak!!

I saw good review for Matthew Burkeen, the owner / plumber & chose to call him to replace 2 outdoor faucets. I experienced Matthew as personable and friendly. He told me upfront his availability & the cost to replace the 2 outdoor faucets would be around $275 total ($85 per faucet & labor). I texted him to clarify the work I was requesting after that initial call, which he acknowledged. Upon the appt however, he informed me AFTER the work was complete that the charge was double the original quoted price due to extra fittings. In my opinion it was unprofessional to not communicate this upfront (prior to starting or finishing the work) and although he took some $ off and apologized, it felt off to me. I understand prices can change upon a situation however, please talk to the client directly prior to the work or ASAP. I contacted Matthew for a paper trail afterwards to clarify materials used & he proceeded to tell me that I initially only requested 1 faucet (why the price was different than expected) when I have documentation showing my initial text with date confirming 2 faucets.

Apart from the communication topics, the work appears to be resolved decently enough. I want to support local family businesses yet would have reservations using this company again. I hope this situation inspires improved communication.

Bob C. was my Tech and he was friendly, professional and was able to pinpoint the trouble within 5 minutes of arriving at the house. Very happy with the service and pricing was competitive.

I was very satisfied with the service provided for me by my technician Eli. He was very professional and honest. He repaired many of my plumbing issues including clearing a blockage in my sewer line, repairing multiple leaks on my water lines, and repairing a faucet that had dripped for the last year and a half - all at an affordable price. If I ever need plumbing assistance again, I know who I will be calling :)
