Unimpressed with Roto Rooter. Sewage backup in basement bathtub prompted me to call after hours plumber from Roto rooter for $400. He did not fix the problem because his snake was not long enough for a residential neighborhood. ROTO Rooter charged me anyway. They then tell me for $900 they could run a camera and tell me what was blocking while using pressure to clear obstruction. After $1300 the obstruction was cleared but they didn’t have a long enough camera to tell me if it was a root or disconnected pipe. They then send me an estimate for over $5000 dollars to dig up my land to fix something they have no idea what is blocking. Consider this when hiring them to do the job. Plenty of other companies to consider.

Great customer service from every aspect. I called looking for a quote on how much it would cost for someone to come out and clear a clog in my kitchen sink. The lady working in the office said they could not give me a quote because jobs differ depending on how much needs done and etc., but they gave free inspections to estimate the price. I told her that was fine and I would maybe call back. Then within 30 minutes I got a call from a man named Robert who gave me a general range on prices they charge. Although I wasn't expecting a call back, the woman working the office took it upon herself to have someone call me to give me a general quote. To me this was great customer service! Then I had a man named Steven Brown come to my home and look at my sink. He was awesome! Friendly, willing/wanting to help in whatever way he could, and the most important work ethic to me... honesty. He was honest on ways he could help and provided some home remedies to help upkeep my homes plumbing. This team and their customer service was outstanding. It is highly likely I will always use this company's and team's services.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Also you placed an illegal lien and your company admitted to that. I have tried making a payment for the work even though I have NO KNOWLWDGE of what you did or if you did anything at all since I never had an agreement with you and never hired you.
Still I have attempted to be nice about your admittedly illegal extortion and pay you. But your office doesn't get back to me for weeks at a time everyday cost $81 in interest on the property and I will be pursuing those damages.

Josh and Tyler were wonderful! They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and got our kitchen sink issue fixed extremely fast. You can tell they are very experienced in what they do. Highly recommend!

I have to give a poor review here, as I scheduled them to come out for my AC unit and took off work to be home, but the morning of my appointment, I was called and told the company owner was not willing to perform the work because it was a warranty-related job. I understand his concern, but I told them up front my unit was under warranty--so I should not have been told they can assist me, and have taken off work to be home, only to find out the day of that they are unwilling to serve me.
The woman on the phone was very nice about it, hence the 2 stars. But this overall was a big inconvenience for me, and I can't recommend that way of doing business.

I just feel swindled. So my husband and I had rust coming out of our second bathroom tub, it wasn't an issue as we didn't use it. Our home inspector said it came from the older pipes that hadn't yet been replaced. The faucet started leaking, so I contacted this company to replace the faucet as well as all of the older piping. Charles came out and we even established that the older pipes ran out into the garage. We gave me a quote of $785, which I thought was high- but it was a lot of piping and probably a decent amount of work, he said he could do it the next day so I was excited at the swiftness. He told me he would go to fuergeson plumbing and shoot me pics of replacement faucets. The next day, I got pics of two faucets - one was project source, which is a lowes, very low end, brand and a moen. He said those were my only two options, and my total price wouldn't change, and knowing the quality difference between the two off hand, I went with the moen. Then he same to do it all, and when he was done he said 'actually I think the rust was coming from the old faucet, so we didn't replace any other lines.' and yet my price didn't change. So I paid 785 for a simple and very straight forward faucet instillation. It was not the job I had agreed to, or there was a serious miscommunication about my expectations. He also informed me your enot supposed caulk around them, so he didnt- which just seems odd. So it looked poorly done and loose and just asking for water to get back there and mold, or worse, nor was any plumbers tape used on the parts that screwed together. So I just feel swindled. Buyer beware, make sure you know what you're paying for!!

Regan was very professionals and called and text me to let me know when he could get here he drove over 2 hours one way to help me find the leak on a line 3700 feet from meter to the house would use Regan again if ever needed to he marked the leak with marking paint and called the project manager to let them know what he found on his way home he was concerned about if we got the leak fixed so he would know how it turned out because I was going to get my backhoe and dig it out myself and fix the leak I just didn't know where to dig until he marked the line with one color and and the leak in the line with a different color so I would be able to know where to dig with the least damage to the line

11-03-2021 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you my sister that was going to have the surgery didn't get to have it before she passed and we have been dealing with the funeral so I just got back to it called 811 to mark the utilities and the phone company said they plowed in fiber right where you marked it so when we dug up the line you could see where you marked the leak so we repaired the spot you marked and replaced the PRV and turned on the water at the meter the wheel didn't move at all so you found the leak for me there is no way I would have been able to find the leak in the 3700 foot line without digging it all up so Thank You for saving us the money of replacing the whole line I will be recommending you to all my friends & family if they want to find the leak
