Best Plumbing Issue in Nashville TN

I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Wesley Covert and his son are delightful! After dealing with a handyman service for weeks I called them to fix a small leak in my bathroom sink. Wesley returned my call promptly and made an appointment for the next day. They found a couple other issues that I wasn't made aware of with the sink and fixed them as well. Their number is stored in my phone and will be in my recommendation list for others! Thanks Wesley!

This company showed up a day after, after we had another company cancel last minute. (We weren’t able to use our water for 3 days, before calling) Michael’s answered promptly, showed up the next morning, and had the whole (large) job done the next day before lunch time. They were extremely friendly, professional, and prompt.they explained everything clearly and problem was fixed perfectly. That means a lot these days!! He had just finished a job in Sullivan Farms when he was driving by our house and noticed my husband and I struggling to bring a couch inside. He pulled over and asked if he could help us! Not only did he bring it in, he even helped my husband carry it up the stairs.He sacrificed 5 minutes of his time after long job to help complete strangers, and he wouldn’t even accept the money we tried offering him as thanks. We were blown away by his kindness! Scanning the other reviews, we see how Michael is a wonderful representation of his company’s culture. We’re glad we met him as we will absolutely contact Hiller for future jobs around our home!
